(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This oil is one of the best that I've used. I regularly try different oils as my hair is dry and curly. My ends always need extra moisture with and oil or leave in conditioner. This one has a great scent that compliments the whole regime of Fructis shampoo and conditioner. I didn't need much. I did use too much the first time but find that 2 pumps is enough for my ends. I use a bit extra on my wet hair. If I apply it to my dried hair, I use less just to freshen up my ends. I don't use it on my scalp as it can look a bit greasy. It doesn't leave any residue. I received this product for free from Topbox Marketing for testing and review purposes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Marvelous Oil Hair Elixir and was not impressed. It is an oil and I chose to apply after the shower as a leave in conditioner. My hair to the middle of my back and curly. I normally use a lot of product to cover it. In using the oil, I did not feel like I sufficiently covered my hair even after 3 applications. It felt like I was getting more product on my hands and over the bottle (I went back and applied 2 more times). I am also not a fan of how my hair feels post application. Parts of my hair feel slick and other parts (those that I missed) feel "normal". I am a fan of Garnier, but this isn't a product for my hair.

I warmed up a small amount in my hands and applied it to my color treated hair/ends and definitely made it look a little less dry and frizzy. It didn't leave my hair greasy or weigh it down compared to other drugstore and luxury brands I have tried, which is one of the main reasons why I loved this product! I have fine hair and greasy hair is very apparent, so I am very particular using product that weighs it down and makes it feel extra greasy. After a few weeks of use, my ends looked healthier and I felt that the oil really helped repair some of my color treated hair.

They both did an amazing job on softening my hair and making it more manageable. Hands down though my favorite product in this line is the oil. I like the coconut-y scent it has and wish that the shampoo and conditioner smelled the same ( they were fruity) I used the oil as recommended on my damp hair and decided to straiten it so I can see the results easier as my hair is an unruly curly! The oil left my hair looking so shiny and bouncy! I am sooo impressed and love the size you get for the price. This is definitely a product I will continue to but for sure!

This hair elixir has a great pump on it that dispenses just the right amount of product so you don't go overboard! It moisturizes my hair and helped reduce a bit of frizz. I've tried it on damp and dry hair and I find it meshes better with my hair when it's damp. It gives my hair a healthy shine and doesn't weigh it down at all. My hair is wavy and I don't find that this enhances or reduces my waves, which is fine. Overall I really like it! I'm glad it doesn't contain sulfates or silicones, since most Garnier products do

I've been using for over a year & still have over 1/2 a bottle left. A little goes a long way. A few drops applied to my ends if dry, excess I run throughout rest of my hair. It leaves hair softer & shinier & less frizzy than no product. If my hair is just washed & conditioned, a few drops throughout for the same reasons. When I feel my hair's particularly dry & dull, I massage a quarter size amount to my dry hair & leave it in overnight. After washing& conditioning, it leaves hair more soft, shiny & healthy looking. I do that once a week to once a month depending on my hair. Little to no smell. No greasy feel. Easy to use. Lasts forever too, nice bonus! I recommend!

My hair is so very odd because it is insanely dry and frizzy and horribly damaged from dyeing it very often however if you add any find of creams or oils to it then it is automatically oily and greasy looking! Ugh! You can just imagine how should I was when I tried this stuff out but instead of feeling nasty my hair felt wonderful! It honestly felt like silk! I actually think it help keep the frizz and tangles out too!! Now whenever I do my hair I add this oil and it gives me the extra touch I need to keep my hair feeling silky smooth all day!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oil was great on my hair. I was slightly disappointed that it didn't smell the same as the matching shampoo and conditioner though. The oil had more of a vanilla scent to it whereas the shampoo and conditioner had a fruity smell. It did seem to make my hair healthier, it was super easy to apply, and is definitely a product to try if you have damaged hair. (I straighten and blow dry my hair at least once per day, so my hair is always dry and breaking.) I've noticed less split ends since using the oil hair elixir. If you straighten your hair and have never-ending split ends, you'll want to give this oil a try.

I use this product all the time now tho because it does the exact opposite. It dosnt make my hair oily at all. It absorbed in my hair like magic! Didn't make my hair look oily ether. It made my hair so soft and manageable for when I was styling it. When I run out I will definitely be buying more of this. The only thing I didn't like about this hair oil is the smell. If it had the same smell as the shampoo and conditner it would be 1000 times better. It had this really odd smell to it that I'm not really fond of.

I have bleached hair and I have used Marvelous oil for about 5 years. I have had the most beautiful blonde shiny hair because of this oil! My hair should be frizzy crunchy and dry.. This oil prevented all of it. Prevented damage to my colored hair. I will never switch this procuct for anything else! please dont discontinue this product! -- Also the bottle of oil lasts soo long you could keep it for a year before it empties. I reccomend this to anyone especially young people who would like to care for their hair with minimal effort. ( I got my boyfriend to use this too on his long hair to prevent whispy ends)

My favorite line is Garnier fructis so I was really excited to try it since the other oils they have don't work as good as this. I have dry coarse curly long hair. And it absorbs any hair product I put in my hair. When my hair dries I just use a nickel size amount and run my finders throught my hair and it gives it life again! Great to use in between washes to give your hair life and shine and doesn't weigh hair down like most oils. Will most definitely buy when my product runs out and will let everyone know how great this is!

This oil smells amazing and kept my hair smelling great all day. It is oil so I only applied a small amount to my hair (a little goes a long way). This product definitely made my hair silky and shinny. My hair definitly got hydration from the oil! I would use this product every other or every three days after my shower only because when I used it two days in a row I found the second day my hair did get a little greasy. I would reccomed this product to people with very damnaged and dry hair.

I used the Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition Marvelous Oil after my shower, right before blow drying my hair. I took a few pumps, massaged it evenly through my hair from roots to tips, and then I blow dried it. What I love about this product is the healthy shine it gave my hair, it didn't feel greasy to the touch. Also my hair felt so smooth, and that feeling lasted for a few days after I had used this product. My hair is very dry at the tips and had split ends and I can see how this product is making a difference, by making it healthier and hydrated.

Garnier Fructis' hair elixir is the perfect addition for your hair care regime. There are 2 main reasons why I love this product: dry winter air & protection from styling tools. After washing hair, one drop in the palm of your hand & then put on the ends of your hair. It's easy for my hair to get too greasy with moisturizing products but the key is adding to the ends of your hair & brushing throughout and not applying directly to your roots. One simple drop prevents frizzy hair. Whether I style my hair or not, this product is a must whether air drying or blow drying. It's my magic elixir for flowy, frizz free hair!

My hair is normally dry around this time of year, and I have not found anything to make my hair feel soft and look healthy. I was questionable about the oil at first, because I was scared that it would leave my hair looking oily. But that thought was wrong! The first time I used it in my damp hair, and went to bed. When I awoke my hair was soft, and shiny. Not the oh my gosh your hair is oily shiny, but healthy shiny. The whole day I could not stop touching my hair, and this is only after ONE day use! I could literally cry. I have used this product (when it was in the gold bottle and thicker) for over 10 years. People asked me what I used, I *always* credited it to that specific product.
Whatever you did to change this is a real shame and loss. I will no longer promote this to anyone and am still on the search for something that will do for my long hair what your product used to.
I did my research years ago and your Marvelous Oil was nearly identical to a far more expensive salon brand. Perhaps I'll just spend the extra money and go back to it. Seriously...why did your team have to ruin such a good thing? :( I'll never understand why good companies seem to do this with my favorite things.

I first received this in a holiday kit like the ones that come with shampoo, conditioner, and the treatment. I had never used a leave in treatment let alone an oil. Two years later I just bought my second bottle of this stuff and it’s amazing. I have extremely long, fine, pin straight hair (never use heat/chemicals/dye) and this does a really good job of keeping my hair tangle free and leave it nice and shiny but not oily at all. I have tried other leave ins since using this, and they only ever tangle my hair worse than without and work best on wet hair. This product however, works just as good on dry hair as it does on wet. I will forever swear by this and do not plan to take it out of my routine.

It transferred to hair very well didn't leave any residue behind, so no oily hands in the process. You can use it with wet or dry hair (as a pre-styler or a finisher) and can even leave it in for overnight treatment. I felt like it was a great final touch for your hair. Seems like my hair is shinier and lighter too. The only problem is I'm not sure how much to use and I can't tell if I used enough. I generally use a few squirts and run it through my hair from the scalp to the tips. Works for me!

My hair is damaged by the sun and heat products and after using these three products together for a few days, I am already beginning to see a difference. One of my favorite things about the oil was that it was not too heavy in my hair and it did not make my hair feel oily. The oil itself has a great scent and consistency. It looks and feels like olive oil. I would recommend this to anyone with very dry hair looking for a way to smooth out their frizz.

I am of firm belief that my hair needs MAXIMUM restoration and so I chose to use the oil as an overnight treatment. This morning my hair is soft and super shiny (in a clean way). I didn't even have to towel any product out of my hair or blast it with dry shampoo to keep it from looking greasy. All it needed was a simple brush and we were good to go! I'll be trying it as a finisher in a couple of days before I wash my hair again, and I can't wait to see how well it works.

This oil does the perfect job of moisturizing my hair and adding shine to it, without making it look greasy or oily. I have never used an oil like this on my hair before. So I was a bit concerned that it would make my hair look oily and dirty. But it actually doesn't make my hair look that way at all! My hair just absorbs all the oils and ends up looking and feeling super soft and smooth. I love it! The smell is very nice too and not overwhelming.

I wanted to try out the Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition Marvelous Oil Hair Elixir and oh my goodness, it made my hair extremely soft! My ends were so soft and not crunchy! The bottle is huge and a little product goes a long way! I have very long hair and 1.5 pumps was enough to cover my ends and the left over I ran through my scalp. I only need 2 pumps for my long hair so this bottle is going to last quite a while. I run it though my hair starting at the very damaged ends and use the small amount left for the rest of my hair. This immediately gets rid of tangles and makes my hair feel so soft! I honestly believe that this will help me to go longer between hair trims so that I can grow it out to my desired length. So happy I got the chance to try this line by Garnier!

This product is so worth it! I used it on my baby hairs for a couple of days and it grey hair I never even had! I use it when I get out of the shower and it helps my hair get its curl pattern back from all the straightening I used to do and keeps it from getting frizzy. I also use it at night and massage it in my scalp and wash it out the next day. It doesn’t make my hair greasy at all it’s a miracle for the way it grew my hair in the missing spots where I never even had hair. I’m mixed but my hair is more on the wavy smoother side if that helps.

As such, I was really hesitant to try this oil, especially as it's really thick. Fortunately, it does not weigh down my hair all, nor do I get the dreaded oil slick! I apply two pumps to my damp hair, and let it air dry. By the time my hair is dry, it's soft, smooth, and manageable --practically tangle free without even brushing! I haven't used it long enough to determine any hair nourishing effects. I do think it makes my hair shinier, though that may be wishful thinking. It's hard to tell in my included picture. I used this product with the matching shampoo and conditioner. It's amazing to find a product that makes my hair soft without becoming an oily mess.

I have long, thick, straight hair and I used about 4-6 pumps of the oil and applied evenly throughout. I tried the product over the course of three weeks in different ways -- wet hair, dry hair, and blow-dried hair (well, before blow-drying my hair).
The best result? Applying it before blow drying! I was totally amazed at how healthy and touchably smooth my hair felt. I'm not a person who typically uses products other than my shampoo and conditioner, so using the Garnier® Fructis® Triple Nutrition Marvelous Oil Hair Elixir was a treat! I'm glad to have discovered it and plan to purchase in the future. Good product.

I must admit I was skeptical about trying because I feared it would make my hair oily. I chose the leave in over night method. I was extremely pleased with the result. My hair was not oily at all. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hesitant to try the Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition Marvelous Oil Hair Elixir, because every time I've tried to use any type of "oil" on my straight hair, it always ends up looking overly greasy and as though I haven't washed my hair in ages. That was simply NOT THE CASE with this product. I used a quarter-sized bit (four pumps) of the Hair Elixir on my hair after showering, then blow-dried my hair and I was simply AMAZED at how HEALTHY my hair appeared. It didn't look greasy, it didn't lose what little body it had, and it didn't feel rough. Sometimes, when I use an oil-type product, my hair feels as if I took some oil and put it over damaged hair. In this case, it felt like the Elixir smoothed out some of my split ends. That's a feat I've never seen!

I expected it to leave an oily film on my hair like most oils I use on my hair but this was not the case. I would have loved to keep using the product but the dispenser broke and no longer dispenses the product. I used it one time before this happened. Opening the top was a challenge because the container was oily. I received this product for free from Topbox Marketing for testing and review purposes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never really used oil on my hair because my hair is gross and greasy. However, this oil is AMAZING. First reason it makes your hair silky and smooth. Second reason is it smells great and it's not overpowering. Third reason it can be used on wet and dry hair or left in over night for a deep condition. Fourth reason when using it your hands do not feel like oil but live they've coated in a great lotion that you don't have to wash! So far I've used it on wet hair to blow dry, and the picture says a thousand words.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first day using the Marvelous Oil Hair Elixir has been wonderful. I put it in after shampooing and conditioning my hair with its matching counterparts. It smells wonderful, super easy to use and does not cause your hair to look oily. I suffer from dry and static ridden hair and I noticed that it was much less frizz and static today.
My biggest issue with most products that are made for dry hair is at the end of the day my hair is oily and just feels gross.
So far so good, I will update at the end of the week!

I bought this as a less expensive alternative to my saloon oil. While it is effective it is not as good as my previous brand but the price difference makes up for it. However my main concern is the delivery method. The pump is to short to get the oil to the center of my Palm making it difficult to use without waste. I have poured the product into another squeeze bottle losing product in the transfer so now I have to wonder if the price is really worth it. In a different bottle I would consider switching brands.
Yes, I recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always loved Garnier Fructis products and the Triple Nutrition Marvelous Oil didn't disappoint. I have really dry hair and this products works extremely well. I use it with a wash out conditioner, a leave in conditioner, and I put it on my hair every night before bed. I like that it's lightweight and doesn't weigh my hair down with me using it everyday. It hydrates and softens my hair. I am so glad that I tried this product and like to think my hair thanks me by having constant non-frizzy, good hair days.

This use to be my favorite product from this company but now, they changed the formula and now it’s awful! The gold bottle was magic and so moisturizing. The old formula was so perfect that it made my hair grow faster.
Now with the Green bottle with the new formula, is definitely a cheaper product. It’s definitely watered down. I compared it with some left over product from the gold bottle and it’s definitely watered down and thinner. The gold bottle has a thick oily consistency. Even how it shakes in the bottle you can see it’s thinner in product.
Shame on you that you think you can fool your customer and you thought that we would not notice that we are paying the same cost for inferior and cheap product. If you care about the health of our hair, please change it back!
No, I do not recommend this product.

I had to try the oil for a couple days before actually putting up a review, so i did and i can even tell you my hair looks like I've never dyed it, it doesn't seem damage anymore. It's so soft and very manageable, it doesn't frizz up. I can't believe this oil help me out. You have to try it trust me if you like dyeing you're hair a lot like me and you have it damage this oil is for you my friend. I totally recommend it. So go ahead TRY IT.
