    Great !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually use Garnier Nutrisse in 6 light brown so this is the closest to it as I don’t like to change what I have usually. I used this yesterday as my roots needed touching up badly and it’s fab! I love that you can mix it in the container instead of just squeezing into a bottle and I used my tinting brush to apply it. As I have a few greys now, this covered them completely and it’s so easy to use with no drops at all. My hair felt lovely soft after using as it has an after conditioner which contains Shea butter which smells great! This colourant is also a vegan formula and has no ammonia, so as the name says, it’s good to the hair!

    Yes, I recommend this product.

Such a simple, yet fabulous design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Something so simple yet effective. Much better than colouring hair from a bottle. Less mess no hanging over a sink getting backache - I used this by standing in front of a mirror, one little drip due to me being overzealous with the massage (but wiped away straight away). Emptied contents from tub, then mixed colours inside - once finished I simply placed everything inside the tub and disposed of accordingly. No hassle at all. So easy to use. The amount you receive, you think it won’t cover all, but no problems whatsoever. Well done whoever came up with this simple yet effective design. Requested two containers for long hair, however 1 was enough.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

    An unexpected wow!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product free for my honest review. This is now my new go to. I love that you can use the whole product without shaking a bottle around to get the rest. I normally use 2 bottles for my hair, using this product I need just one!! So much easier to control placement of the dye. There is no strong smell from it. I love the after care shear butter packaging, there is multiple uses included and actually resealable! It’s great that the container is big enough that if 2 packs are required for your hair it can all be mixed in the same pot. The colour is beautiful, coverage cannot be faulted, no more grey. I will repurchase this many many times!

    Yes, I recommend this product.

    Beautiful and vibrant

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this for a review, I did have to chose a lighter one and one that was a shade darker as my hair is to my thighs so it recommended 2 pots and the one I originally ordered was sold out on the second selection. I ended doing thick sections and alternating between the 2 dyes so it did end up with a lovely 2 tone style. It went on very nicely, it didn't have a horrible smell that dyes used to have, and it rinsed off really easy, it also didn't stain my shower which was a massive bonus as I'm used to having to scrub multiple times to get rid of dye stains. There's been no fading and my hair still looks fresh and vibrant.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

    Gorgeous colours

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been going grey slowly now for a while and needed something to give my hair a lift and this has been superb. I love the new packaging. It was a tad darker then I would have liked the first time round but its lifted a little with shampoo - colour safe tho - and has settled to a gorgeous brown with some natural lights - probably the hidden greys! In fact it does colour the greys which are normally more stubborn to dye so am very impressed with this! I love the no ammonia in this too and the very very light fragrance. My hair has an added gloss to and I rather love the no drip formula - the bathroom is safe at last!

    Yes, I recommend this product.

    An excellent hair dye!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What really stood out to me is the packaging the hair dye comes in. The tub is made out of cardboard and the dye comes in little sachets with a wooden spoon to mix it together with no extra plastic to dispose of, just mix in one tub and apply. I found the dye easy to manage and application was smooth, effortless and without any mess either. The shade is perfect and in line with my original hair colour, my hair looked vibrant and fresh after using this dye. The other thing I really like about this product is that there is no chemical dye smell to it that usual hair dyes have, the actual scent is very nice and pleasant!

    Yes, I recommend this product.

    Best At Home Dye Ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the Garnier Good Permanent Hair Dye a week ago and I love it! Really easy to mix in the tub as it came in with a handy wooden spatula. The consistency was creamy, smooth and applied evenly to my hair. My hair is long but fairly fine and one kit was plenty big enough. I did a root touch up on nearly an inch of grey roots and badly faded dye last applied a couple of months ago. The grey coverage is fantastic and no sign of fading along the roots yet. The colour is deep and rich and had left my hair feeling manageable. Another bonus is the really generous conditioner which I will use the last of on my next wash.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

      In love with this pots

I have received it from Garnier community in exchange of a honest review and oh God i love it. The colour I got is 5.0 coffee roast brown. The application is so easy and straightforward so it is really pleasant hair-dying process. Colour is just outstanding. Really it fully covered my grey hair and gave my hair beautiful undertones. My hair has never been this much moisturized, nourished and shinning after home dying. I highly recommend these. They are affordable but extremely effective. And did you see the garnier has new features to virtually try on different shades of hair dye? You should try it on before you choose your colour, it is extra easy and extremely useful.

I'm glad I got to test this hair colour in shade 5 coffee roast brown,it is such an easy and quick application with clear and simple instructions.Salon at home. Mix the developer and colourant with the wooden spatula provided in the tub and apply with the gloves on. I kept it for 40-50 minutes as I have a lot of baby grey hair. Then rinse off with warm water followed by the sheer butter conditioner provided in the tub.I was amazed with the results,it not only covered all my baby hair but made my hair look so shiny .Its Ammonia free, Vegan friendly and cruelty free. Definitely recommend it and will keep using it.

      Good coverage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice idea to use the container to mix the dye in .I asked a hairdresser to apply the colour as I wasn’t sure I could do it effectively without an applicator tool. My hairdresser didn’t feel she could cover my roots well just using her fingers so applied it with a brush . It was nice to have a dye on that didn’t have a strong chemical smell whilst developing and also afterwards once washed. The conditioner left it feeling super soft and very shiny. Overall happy with the effect but not keen on the application , might be an idea to supply a brush or a way to direct it better than with your fingers.

Soft hair and beautiful even colour

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this new packaging. It is very appealing and different from any others I have seen. So much easier to use it and store the hair dye in it and then to recycle it as everything is described on the leaflet. The hair dye is very gentle to the hair and the shea butter conditioner smells lovely and it makes my hair so soft and moisturised. It was very easy to mix the products and to apply it on my hair and I had to wait just for 30 mins before I wash my hair. It covered all my greys and the final results are just perfect. The brown colour is beautiful and even on all my hair.

      Yes, I recommend this product.

      Nice colour but messy application

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love the colour of this dye and the other colour options available in this range. It was relatively easy to apply however, I did make a bit more mess than I would have done with a dye that comes in a bottle. It’s also quite a thick consistency so it’s really difficult to evenly spread the dye across all areas of the head. I’m happy with how it’s turned out and I also like that you can see how much dye is left in the pot (something you can’t do with ones in a bottle). Not sure I would convert to this way of applying dye though as several towels now have dye stains!!

No, I do not recommend this product.

      Damaged hair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thai product was not good for my hair at all. Did the patch test fine but when applying it did itch slightly on the scalp. My hair was already quite dark brown but this dye was had more red in it than expected. This resulted in my roots ending up a slightly gingery brown (this was my natural hair) than the rest. The first day after shampooing, my hair was super knotty and almost like a birds nest on my head. It took me ages to get the knots out with lots of breakage. I’ve currently been avoiding washing it and lathering it up with oil to try and put some moisture back in.

Thought if was a tub of Ice Cream.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Firstly i thought i had been sent a tub of Ice cream, it is exactly the same as a tub of Ben and Jerrys. Even the top. One i opened the tub i found the different sachets of hair products and dye, this was easy to mix up, but applying to my hair i found a very messy job, because you are basically using a spatula to apply to your hair or scooping the dye out with your hand, its dripping everywhere or being splattered all over your clothes. Again i found this difficult to get an even coverage to my hair, i am used to a bottle which is far far easier, so yeah this is why i marked it down 2 stars. But the overall colour was good and gave very good coverage to roots and or grey hair. But i wont' be buying this again sorry.

Works great even on dark hair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Slightly alarmed me when the wood started changing colour, but I guess that’s the colour that the hair dye was going to be so not too concerned. Quite easy to mix the 2 components together. I have used more liquid-based ones in the past, and this was definitely easier to not spill everywhere or have dribbling down the body. Definitely no ammonia smell which is great. The gloves were thick enough to actually provide protection from the colour and not have holes in them when you started using them. Shea butter after care substance smelt really nice.

      Great and easy hair coloration

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Garnier Permanent Hair Colour is super easy to use. The mixture has great consistency and the application is done very quickly. The permanent colour can be spread very well and it is super durable. The result is very even and fully surpassed my expectations. The Coffee Roast Colour is absolutely amazing, beautiful rich brown that shines really well in the sun, the hair looks good, healthy and shiny. The nourishing care which is included in the package smells lovely and it is very nurturing. I am absolutely pleased that I was able to try it and can only recommend it.

      The perfect hair dye

I was given 2 pots of hair dye to try, I did receive the wrong ones (I was expecting the coffee roast but got the 5.5 auburn), however I actually love the colour and the instructions were really easy to follow. The pot makes it so easy to mix the solutions together and the dye itself isn’t very drippy and doesn’t leave your hair dry or anything. The conditioner that comes with it is also really nice :) one box definitely wasn’t enough to give me full coverage on my long hair, but I think for shoulder length hair it would be the perfect amount. #mygarniercommunity

So excited to have been chosen to test the Garnier GOOD permanent hair colour, no 5.0 coffee roast brown, as part of the #mygarniercommunity. Love the innovative tub packaging, recyclable and doubles as a tub to mix the dye. Applied it like a mask - no mess or drips. Easy to apply and no ammonia smell. The colour is amazing and covered my greys! Did not experience any discomfort or sensitivity, excellent results with perfect coverage, and wow the shea butter treatment really helped to nourish and condition my hair Will definitely use again and highly recommend.

      Mediocre hair colour

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved the product packaging and was really pleased with how easy and tidy it was to put on - no dripping or leakage at all. The dye is in a cardboard tub which is where you mix it and apply it from - no fiddly bottles! Scent wise, it's far more pleasant than other dyes and doesn't seem to have a strong smell at all. Unfortunately the performance of the dye was mediocre. It is advertised as covering grey, I have a fair amount of grey, maybe 30-40% and the dye didn't cover them well at all. The colour of the dye is good overall, if a little one dimensional, however I was disappointed by the poor grey coverage. Also, the colour stripped after washing quite significantly which is a surprise for a "standard" colour dye.

No, I do not recommend this product.

As a member of garnier community had the opportunity to test this vegan and cruelty formula Good Permanent Hair Colour . It’s very easy to apply and what Si great about this hair dye is you can prepare it in the pot . It comes with all you need . Absolute beautiful . The rich cream texture and delicate fragrance delivers a truly sensorial experience. formula reveals beautiful highlights and tones, and covers grey hair and long lasting colour. Doesn’t have amonia so is really safe to use . I been using before and I recommend 100% to use this hair dye .

      Easy to use, poor results

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dye was easy to use, and mixed easily. I loved having the tub to mix it in as part of the packaging as it made life a lot easier. The dye smelt nice, and was easy to apply to my hair. I had red hair that had turned to a light pink at the bottom prior to using this dye. The dye covered all my hair well, but the area where it had been red still has a red hue, especially in the light. The previously pink hair turned to a rather ashy brown with a purple tint. I have used other brands which have covered with no issues. After only a couple of washes, I can see the dye starting to fade, so unsure how long lasting it will be. Overall, I would opt to use a different product if possible, as this did not give the result i was hoping for.

No, I do not recommend this product.

      It's all in the tub

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this permanent hair colour in coffee roast brown. Inside the tub is everything you need - instructions, spatula, gloves, colourant cream, developer cream and a great little pack of Shea butter nourishing cream. Printed on the inside of the tub is a line showing you how much you would nee to treat a full head application. Unfortunately carrying out my strand test didn't suit my scalp, and I haven't been able to apply the colourant to my whole head. Great kit though for anyone that has a less sensitive scalp than mine

      Impractical

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to like this product, as I thought it was a great innovative idea. However, impractical is the only word I can use to describe it. The mixing process was very hard and no matter how long I spent trying to mix the two solutions in the tub, I was left with clumps. I still proceeded to use the hair dye, and had to wash it off after five minutes because of the intense stinging sensation I was experiencing on my scalp. I’m not sure if this was a result of the mixture not being mixed properly or the product just reacting with my skin, but I personally would not recommend this as I find it can be quite harmful if the solutions are not mixed together properly. I much prefer mixing in a bottle as I’m always left with a smooth consistency and no reaction.

No, I do not recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Shade 5.0 made my hair around one shade darker, the coulour itself is nice, but if feels a little flat. Theres not much varying tine like I've had with dyes in the past. + mixing in the pot and scooping was easier than a plastic bottle + less plastic waste + practically no smell + no drip formula + easy to wipe of my skin - one pot was a stretch to cover my just past shoulders curly hair - lack of tones, colour is a little flat - hair felt a little dry after and the conditioner wasnt the best (though my curls are fussy)

No, I do not recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Garnier GOOD Permanent Hair Colour - comes in new, easy to use/mix tub, with mess free, non drip hair colour formula. Good hair colour tub has a protective seal to ensure no one will have tampered or “swapped” colours, the tub is very convenient to mix colour - pour sachets in the tub, use wooden spatula to stir and there you are, with perfect, non drip consistency of colour mix. Using a tub, it makes it easy to dip your hair colour application brush for more even application or simply scooping it out and putting it on the hair directly.. Good hair colour came out wonderful with covering grey hair’s immaculately, hair looks shiny, healthy and very vibrant. The only thing with this new colour, upon application, the scalp felt like pins and needles were being dabbed all over…

      Yes, I recommend this product.

I love garnier hair products and I’m using garnier Olia to dye my hairs since few years now. I like the fact that it’s ammonia free so ithe smell is not strong. Provides very good coverage all the greys. I don’t like the texture because it’s too runny for me. I don’t like also the fact to stir everything in tube because it’s really hard to get rid of all the lumps. It’s just taking ages. Although I really like results and I’m happy with them. My hairs have beautiful colour and are shiny and healthy.

      Yes, I recommend this product.

      Messy and not enough dye

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To be completely honestly I was ready to give up as soon as I opened the tub. The mixing take place in the tub so no easy application bottle. I have very grey roots and dye my hair every two-3 weeks so like accuracy. It come with a spatula which is tricky to use when doing the back. I have short hair and tan out of dye very quickly so needed two tubs to complete. Then it became a quite expensive. Never had this issue before. Plus side the colour was ok. Sorry I’m going back to garnier nutrisse

      Lovely colour, rubbish application

I recently tried the GOOD Permanent Hair Dye and I have to say, I am thoroughly impressed with the results. As someone who has been coloring their hair for years, I have tried numerous brands and products, but this one definitely stands out. I didn’t like that fact you mixed it in a tub, it also made the application difficult. I did like the dye as it didn't damage my hair. In fact, it left my hair feeling soft and smooth, unlike other dyes that can leave your hair feeling dry and damaged.

      Yes, I recommend this product.

      Not the best

I was lucky enough to be selected to review this product however unfortunately they sent me the wrong colour to which I applied for. I wanted the auburn but was sent this coffee brown. I still opted to use it as I was well overdue a colour and had been waiting a couple of weeks for this to arrive. It’s made my hair feel horrible condition which is the opposite to which I usually find when I use a hair dye: it made my scalp sting considerably more to normal despite doing a patch test and everything being fine. I thought the application was messy considering you just have to scoop out the product. It also hasn’t covered my roots at all so I am left with a very patchy finish. Unfortunately just not a good experience for me. The only positive I do have is the plastic free packaging is fabulous!

      Great fragrance and grey coverage

I usually use Garnier Olia to touch up my roots and get rid of my greys, but was happy when I was sent this to review. The reduced packaging, thick texture and pleasant smell will have me swapping over. It covered 100% of my greys blending into my natural colour beautifully, and the tick texture allowed me to get all the pesky baby hairs around my hairline without getting the product everywhere! Also no fear about throwing you hair up for the 30 mins to develop and not worrying about drips.

      Yes, I recommend this product.

I was given this to test by my garnier community. You mix the dye in the tub very simple instructions and easy to do. Your given a spatula to apply the product but I found this more complicated so resorted back to the whack it on with my hands approach. I left the product on slightly longer than 30mins because my hair (especially the greys) can be abit resistant to dye. The result was fantastic it covered the stubborn greys and the hair treatment afterwards left my hair soft and shiny.

      Nice colour easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This comes in a handy tub to mix the dye which can later be washed and recycled as can the conditioner container. The dye is easy to mix and doesnt have a strong smell i'd say its a little earthy scented. The dye is easy to use just scoop it up and slap it on. I actually found it easier and quicker than other dyes with a nozzle. Its not messy. The conditioner smells fab and feels quite nourishing, it does leave a soft feeling and a shine. The colour is great and has covered my greys.

      Yes, I recommend this product.

      Beautiful colour

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really feel like this has changed the game there’s minimal plastic waste with this. Instead of having to stand shaking a bottle you mix the dye directly into the tub, which is much more simplistic than it used to be. The cream is a good thicker consistency which means it doesn’t drip every where when you apply it. Also the dye being thicker means it’s easy to get full coverage of your hair reducing the possibility of missing an area. It’s a little different applying the dye directly with your hands however it made it much easier to cover all of your hair! The colour is beautiful and super glossy it gives the impression that you’ve been at the salon. My hair remained soft and never felt dried out using this. I thought my hair smelt pleasant and was manageable after using this. The colour is warm and soft.

      Yes, I recommend this product.

I absolutely loved the results of the GOOD Permanent Hair Colour! Striking that balance between eco-friendliness and effectiveness, it left me impressed. The reduced plastic packaging, hands-on application like a hair mask, and the vegan formula with no ammonia or silicones all contributed to a positive experience. With lasting color up to 8 weeks and complete grey coverage, I'm thrilled with the results. Highly recommend it for a reliable and considerate hair color solution!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This hair dye is really good. There is no harsh smell to it. I like that you can mix it in the box it comes in and you have everything you would need in there for home hair dye . The instructions were clear and easy to follow. It was very easy to apply and the shade is gorgeous and it lasts really well. The conditioner that comes with it made my hair so soft and silky smooth. This is such a beautiful shade that really suits me . I would definitely be buying it again.

I like this coffee roast brown hair dye it's easy to mix in the tub provided. I scooped it up with my gloved hands and slapped it on my roots to begin with and worked down my hair. It's a neutral scent no overpowering chemical smell. It's easy to rinse off after the specified time and for once I don't have a stained hair line. My greys are covered so I would definitely buy again. I'd say this brown has a slight auburn tinge not my usual dark brown but I still like it.
