What does a curl refreshing spray do?
A curl refreshing spray is a versatile product that works to rehydrate and reshape curls between washes. The Garnier Fructis Curl Spray helps restore moisture, boosts curl definition, and reduces frizz, all while maintaining the natural lightness and movement of your curls. It’s perfect for giving your curls a quick pick-me-up, leaving them soft and manageable.
How can I freshen my curly hair?
To refresh curly hair and reduce frizz, spritz a curl hydration spray such as the Garnier Fructis Curl Spray lightly over your hair, focusing on areas that need extra attention. Use your hands to gently scrunch curls upwards to reactivate your curl pattern. For best results, use on dry or slightly damp hair to instantly rejuvenate curls.
How often should you use a curl refresher?
You can use a curl refresher as often as needed - daily, or whenever curls start losing their shape or feeling dry. The Garnier Fructis Curl Refreshing Spray is lightweight and gentle enough for daily use in your curly hair care routine, ensuring your curls stay hydrated, defined, and frizz-free in between wash days.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Garnier Fructis Curls Method Spray is a refreshing and effective final step in the curl care routine. I value how lightweight it feels while still delivering a noticeable boost of hydration and definition. A few sprays are enough to revive my curls, leaving them soft, bouncy, and frizz-free without any heaviness. I also appreciate that it is vegan and cruelty-free, aligning with a more mindful approach to hair care. This spray makes it easy to maintain moisture and curl shape for up to one week, keeping my hair looking fresh and lively between wash days. It is a practical, reliable product that adds both convenience and care to the routine.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Lightweight spritz

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Step number 4 and the last in this range. Also smells like apples and it is divine. The spritz itself is lightweight and and the bottle is convenient, each spray expels an even spritz onto your hair. In damp hair it may become difficult to tell whether you have used enough so it’s best to spritz a little and add more as needed. Especially if you used the mask at step 3 as a leave in.
I found this to be a great final step for that polished look that brings the whole look together.
My curls looks great and hydrated. Even on day 2, my curls seems to hold really well, which is a bonus because often I find my curls don’t look good after a day.
Yes, I recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sad to say this final part of the 4 step routine was disappointing.
It didn't really do... anything for me. Tried applying as step 4 on wash day with no results, and then using it to refresh in between washes just made my hair feel a bit stringy and flat.
Not sure why I was expecting it to be almost like a spray gel that would leave a gentle cast, but it didn't do that either.
I didn't really get any extra hydration and found I had to put a lot more work into styling my hair and also refreshing it more often.
Step 2 and 3 (shampoo and mask) were totally worth it for me, but step 1 and 4 (pre-shampoo and spray) will not be used again.
No, I do not recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was unfortunately a fail for me which was surprising considering the rest of the range worked so well on my hair. I was excited to try it but feel it fell flat (literally and figuratively.) The spray itself smells nice but it comes out in too direct of a spray and I felt like it didn’t spread well over my hair when prayed directly on it. I ended up spraying a few pumps into my hand and scrunching through my hair to ensure even distribution. It didn’t spread well even using that method and left my hair feeling frustratingly tangled and limp. I used it a few times to ensure I was properly testing and found each time to be worse than the last.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Step 4 curls method spray

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thankyou to Beauty Crew for allowing me to trial the whole Curls Method 4 step range. I used the hair spray as a styler after washing my hair and also on my dry hair. I tend to have frizz with my curls and I wanted to see if it defined them for me. I definitely think this spray delivered with defining my curls; I even noticed my hair more settled than frizz. The scent is divine and lingers well. The bottle has a nice design and it’s easy to apply to my hair. This pump bottle is a good 150 ml size and you can even put it in your handbag for a touch up at work to tame your hair throughout the day especially it’s affected from environmental factors.
Yes, I recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The last step in this 4 step routine and unfortunately my least favourite. I usually apply a light oil to my hair after washing and I skipped that while trialing the products.
The first time I used the spray I applied it to wet hair and it appeared to hold the curl. I was disappointed though to find that hours later my hair frizzed and went limp. I then tried it the next day on dry hair.
Again not a good result and I think I would probably stick to using it on wet hair but maybe after using a light coating of hair oil. It’s a shame because the other steps were great and when I tried those without the spray I think my hair felt better.
No, I do not recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This spray is great for maintaining and hydrating curls. It comes packaged in a spray top bottle and is the final step in the four step hair styling range be Garnier Curl Method range.
It defines curls, which is one of the best things about it. The smell is not overpowering and is sweet and fruity like the other products in the Curl Method range. It can be used in between wash days for added curl definition, bounciness and to revive curly or wavy hair that has flattened.
Only a
few sprays of the product is needed per application, making it a good value product. I am curious to see how the four products in the range will work with continued use.
Yes, I recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Wasn’t really phased by this product, I found it quite average. The pump for the product wasn’t good at all, didn’t have a misting like spray, more of a stream spray, possibly I just got a dodgy pump with my packaging? It has a subtle light refreshing scent. It was good in terms of not making my hair feel so full of product or heavy after applying this. It does refresh my curls when I need, leaving my hair a lot less frizzy and very noticeably hydrated. I would sometimes miss this step in the garnier curls method as I didn’t feel like my hair really needed it after using the hair mask as a leave in conditioner. I would purchase this product again
