When choosing a shampoo for curly hair, look for formulas that provide intense hydration and are gentle on the scalp. Curly hair tends to be naturally drier due to its shape, which makes it harder for natural oils to travel down the strands. Opt for shampoos that are: • Sulphate-free (to prevent stripping natural oils) • Enriched with moisturising ingredients like hyaluronic acid and shea butter • Designed for curl types (look for labels like “for curly or wavy hair”) • Free from harsh additives like alcohols or silicones that can build up and weigh curls down
How often should you shampoo curly hair?
Curly hair doesn’t need to be shampooed as often as straight hair. In general, shampooing 1-3 times a week is ideal. This helps to maintain your hair’s natural moisture and prevent dryness. If your scalp feels oily or if you use a lot of styling products, consider using a gentle, sulphate-free shampoo for curly hair like the Curls Method Shampoo more frequently or incorporating the Curls Method Pre-Shampoo treatment into your curly hair care routine.
What is the difference between curly hair shampoo and regular shampoo?
Curly hair shampoos are specifically formulated to address the needs of textured hair. The key differences that set curl shampoos apart include: • Hydration: They often contain more moisturising agents to combat dryness. • No harsh cleansers: They are typically sulphate-free to prevent stripping natural oils. • Curl-enhancing ingredients: Many include ingredients that help define curls and reduce frizz. • Gentle cleansing: They aim to cleanse without disrupting the curl pattern or drying out the strands. Regular shampoos may contain stronger cleansing agents and ingredients that can dry out or weigh down curls, making them less ideal for curly hair types.
What to avoid in shampoo for curly hair?
To keep curls healthy, avoid the following ingredients in shampoo: • Sulphates: can strip moisture and disrupt the curl pattern • Silicones (unless water-soluble): can cause buildup and weigh down curls • Drying alcohols: can lead to frizz and dryness • Mineral oils and waxes: can coat the hair and prevent moisture from getting in • Artificial colourants or heavy fragrances: may irritate sensitive scalps and add unnecessary chemicals Look for shampoos labelled “curl-friendly,” “moisturising,” or “free from harsh ingredients” for the best results.

Bouncy hairs
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Garnier Fructis Curls Method Shampoo makes my hair so bouncy, fresh, and light after every wash. I have noticed considerable decrease in frizz, and noticeable hydration. I absolutely love the fact that this range has a clean ingredient list with no sulphates, silicones, or alcohol. The scent is divine, and fills my shower with a fruity, uplifting aroma. I use it right after Step 1 the Pre-Shampoo, applying to wet hair and letting it sit for 5 to 10 minutes before rinsing. The creamy lather feels gentle yet cleansing, and even as I rinse, I can feel the hydration locking in. My waves end up softer, shinier, more defined, and full of life!
Yes, I recommend this product.

Soft and Silky
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my new favourite shampoo. Instead of my usual 3 washes, I only need one wash of this Garnier Fructus Curls Method shampoo. It lathers up beautifully with only a small amount required, and my hair feels so clean and healthy. I’m honestly surprised by how well this shampoo works. I’m so accustomed to my hair feeling tangled and under stress while I wash, then frizzy and out of control when it dries. Combined with the pre-shampoo in this system, my hair now feels soft, nourished and so incredibly hydrated. No more tangles. No more frizz. Just beautiful well defined bouncy curls. My hair smells amazing, too. Very happy with this product.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Great fragrance
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After pre-treatment ( fantastic product) I was a little let down with the shampoo, I usually shampoo twice, however I only shampooed 1 as it felt like it was washing away the fantastic pre-treatment. My hair didn’t feel as silky and squeaky clean as with other shampoos.
My hair was bit dry on the ends after the shampoo step 2. The fragrance is lovely. It lingers for hours after a wash, more so than other shampoos.
The packaging is very vibrant and recognisable.
The price point is average for a good quality shampoo.
Again no nasty additives to wreck my hair.
Again the instructions get a little lost with all the other writing on the tube.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Nothing super special
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For context, I have naturally softly wavy hair (2A-2B) and tend to either air dry or blow dry my hair. If air drying I battle a fair bit of frizz. I found this shampoo to be good for the price. I found it lathered really well and that my hair felt clean and shiny afterwards. It has a lightly fruity scent which is pleasant. I don't know that this shampoo is particularly hydrating as it claims, I usually use Oway Moisturing Shampoo and I will probably go back to that one instead of continuing to use this. However, I think it does a good job of cleansing and used in combination with the mask and curl spray, does enhance natural waves and curls.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Mid Shampoo.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using the Garnier Fructis Curls Method Pre-shampoo, I unfortunately cannot give a good review for the Garnier Fructis Curls Method Shampoo. I had high expectations from the Garnier Fructis Curls Method Shampoo after using the Pre-shampoo. But felt that the Garnier Fructis Curls Method Shampoo was mediocre. It just felt like any other shampoo.
Additionally, I don't think this shampoo is for me, as it didn't hydrate my hair as well as the Garnier Fructis Curls Method Pre-Shampoo. I believe it could be the 5% Hylauronic Acid, which is lower than the 20% from the pre-shampoo. I might just keep to the pre-shampoo for now as my regular shampoo.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Sulpahte, silicone and alcohol free shampoo
11 months ago
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My review of the Garnier Fructis Curls Method is based on a single hair wash routine. Having had used many sulphate, silicone and alcohol free shampoos for my curly hair, I was excited to use this to compare it. It has a really nice scent to it, leaving my hair smelling nice too. The bottle type isn’t my favourite (I’d prefer a pump for shampoo) as I found it tricky to keep putting down and getting more product. I did find I had to use a fair amount to get good coverage throughout my hair, but I find this with most shampoos of this type without the unnecessary soaps etc. It cleaned my scalp and hair really nicely. Rinsed out easily too.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve really enjoyed using the Garnier Fructis Curls Method Shampoo! It’s gentle on my scalp and doesn’t leave my hair feeling stripped or dry—exactly what I want in a curl-friendly shampoo. The formula lathers well but still feels nourishing, and it helps cleanse without disrupting my curl pattern.
My curls feel soft, bouncy, and more defined after use, especially when paired with the rest of the Curls Method range. The scent is light and refreshing, and a little goes a long way.
Great value for a drugstore product that delivers salon-quality results. Highly recommend for anyone with wavy or curly hair looking for a reliable, sulfate-free option.

Great shampoo
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I used this product in conjunction with the others in the range, I can still certainly say it's great as a standalone product. The smell - absolutely delicious, the formula - creamy yet very lightweight and the result - amazing!
Having what I call 'in-between' hair (as in, it's in between wavy and curly - depending on the day and sometimes products I use), this shampoo made my hair go from in-between to straight up curly! The curls were so defined and frizz free, even without the other two remaining products in the range.
I would be very comfortable using this shampoo on its own without the other products, based on the results I saw on myself.

Curls method shampoo Garnier Fructis
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thankyou to the Beauty Crew team for allowing me to trial the Garnier Fructis Curls Method range. This 72H hydration shampoo has been a game changer to my hair. The tube comes in a very good 200ml size in the Garnier Fructis signature packaging design. The tube has clear and concise information and instructions which were clear to follow and it was super easy to incorporate this product into my routine. This shampoo has a lovely texture I can say it’s a nice silky consistency and the fragrance is so luxe and fruity. I liked the way it lathered in my hair and it definitely assisted in keeping my curls in good shape. I like that this brand is transparent.

A fantastic shampoo
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finding a good shampoo for curls that cleans but doesn’t dry your hair out or cause more knots is hard, but this one delivers.
Having a curl specific cleanser that is the quality of other more expensive products available at supermarkets and chemists at a great price is a huge win. The size is very generous and a little goes a long way.
My scalp and hair felt so clean but not at all stripped of moisture. Combined with the pre-shampoo the clean was fantastic and very ready for conditioner.
I will buy this again and also have my family use as they have dry and curly hair that would benefit from a great clean with added moisture.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Healthy Shine and Fresh Scent in Every Wash
11 months ago
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Garnier Fructis Curls Method Shampoo and was really impressed with the results. The fragrance is fresh and fruity, making it a pleasure to use. After washing, my hair felt clean yet nourished, without any dryness or heaviness. It left my strands soft, smooth, and noticeably shinier, which made styling so much easier. I also like how lightweight it feels, keeping my hair refreshed throughout the day. With regular use, my hair looks healthier and more manageable, and I enjoy how natural it feels. Overall, it’s a great shampoo that delivers both care and shine. I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking to add an effective product to their routine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Such a cleansing and nourishing shampoo, without stripping my hair of its goodness, I could feel the difference and my hair looked more healthier and nourished.
A Fabulous Shampoo that does what it’s supposed to do.
It has a lovely smell and has a very clean feel, which I love when it comes to my curls.
Garnier Fructis Curls Method Shampoo is a must for wavy and curly hair.

A great smelling gentle shampoo
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given the 4-product Garnier Fructis Curls Method product line to trial. As someone who has always struggled with what product to use on my wavy (sometimes curly) hair, having one set of products to use seems like a godsend.
I loved that this product was sulfate and silicone-free. It had a nice light smell and gave a great lather. I feel this winter has been particularly harsh on my hair, with it feeling more dry and frizzy than normal. This shampoo didn't feel like it stripped my hair, but it definitely still felt clean. After following all the steps, I felt it left my hair feeling soft, smooth, and with less frizz. A miracle with my post-partum hair!
Yes, I recommend this product.

Absolutely amazing shampoo
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this shampoo because only a raspberry sized amount is needed for maximum lather. It's incredible! I love how it comes in a tube so nothing is wasted at the end and the tube is so easy to squeeze. I think the packaging is perfect and couldn't look better and if I saw this in the shops I'd definitely stop to pick it up. The shampoo is really hydrating and doesn't tangle my hair. It's really really lovely and softening. My hair has been anywhere near as frizzy as it previously was and my curls look so much smoother and well put together like I've used a curling tool on my hair when I haven't. It definitely works and I'm in shock at how good my hair looks.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Healthy curls
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've recently started using the Garnier Fructis Method for Curls Shampoo, and it's been a fantastic addition to my haircare routine. This shampoo is specifically designed for curly and wavy hair, and it truly delivers on its promises.
Ladymakeup
One of the standout features is its formulation. Infused with a 5% moisture complex that includes hyaluronic acid and shea fatty acids, it provides deep hydration to my curls, leaving them feeling soft and well-nourished. The shampoo gently cleanses without stripping away natural oils, which is essential for maintaining healthy curls. After using it, my hair feels refreshed, and my curls are more defined and manageable.

Step 2 in Curls Method Range
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this shampoo! First off the smell is absolutely divine. I've tried a bunch of new shampoos and conditioners over the years, and this is my favourite smell by far. Secondly I love how this range enhances my natural curls. I have naturally frizzy hair and this shampoo smoothens out all the whispy bits. I also really trust this brand as Garnier is known for using clean, non-harsh ingredients which I really appreciate. I used this alongside the other products in this range (pre-shampoo, mask and spray) and it is absolutely worth investing in all four products. This shampoo and the range as a whole is a winner for me!

Fabulous!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These products are amazing for curly hair, i tried the whole range so my review is the same for all as they were all used at the same time. 4 products seems like its going to be a bit of a faff but nothing needs to stay on for crazy amounts of time and its all easy to do whole having your normal shower. I dont have any special defusing attachments fir my hair dryer so i was worried the products wouldnt work but i was wrong! Soft, bouncy curls with no crispy bits and they stayed in my hair all day, i have always felt my hair was more wavy than curly but since using these products i can see thats not the case, perfect if you want some lift and volume to your curls.

Hair feels bouncier
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Garnier Fructis Curls Method Shampoo and it’s quickly become one of my go-tos. It cleans my hair without stripping it, so my curls stay soft and defined instead of frizzy. The creamy texture lathers up nicely, and the fresh, fruity scent makes it feel like a little spa moment at home.
One thing I really love is the ingredients – it’s enriched with hyaluronic moisture complex and ahea. No sulfates, silicones, alcohol, mineral oil, or artificial colourants, which help lock in moisture and keep curls hydrated. My hair feels bouncy and healthy after each wash, and it’s much easier to detangle when I follow up with the conditioner from the same range.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Soft curls
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved trialling the Garnier Fructis Curls method range. Both my 18 year old daughter and I have curls which can be a bit frizzy at times. The shampoo really foamed up after using the pre-shampoo and I only needed a small amount once. Easy to use bottle and a little goes a long way. The smell was a bit stronger than the pre shampoo but smelt lovely and clean. Loved the fact that there are no sulphates, silicones, or alcohol and vegan friendly. Would highly recommend for curly hair girls (or even non curly hair boys as my son loved it too) my daughter and I both noticed our hair felt more hydrated and less frizzy the more we used the products. Would purchase repeatedly.

Really Good Shampoo
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] OK I m using this shampoo as well (Well, all the products). I like that is sulfate‑ and silicone‑free which is less damaging for the hair in my POV and it’s been really kind on my hair—no stripping at all.
It lathers nicely without drying the hair at all. My hair is shinier and feels fuller and freeze free, even when I skip conditioner occasionally. (Cause sometimes I forget),
After a handful of uses, my hair looks and feels Amazing, strong, and shiny, and I notice less frizz around the crown. I feel like it’s gently cleansing yet still hydrating—exactly what my hair needs, specially in the winter weather. Oh and smells really nice which is very important for me.

Oh so hydrating!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shampoo left my hair feeling delightfully clean and hydrated. I like that it comes in a squeeze tube with the cap on the bottom to ensure you get every last bit out of the bottle as I would not want to miss a drop! It has a rich creamy texture and a little bit goes a very long way. I will say that I used a clarifying shampoo on my roots as my first shampoo as I only wash twice a week and it is definitely needed however the curl method shampoo did not leave my scalp feeling greasy and my lengths and ends felt so hydrated! I do not get that feeling with my normal shampoo and will definitely purchase this again.

Smells amazing!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to try this range and the entire system! Firstly the products smell amazing and do leave your hair smelling that way too. I enjoyed using the shampoo and liked that it was more a creamy texture than a clear textured shampoo. I have fine hair but a lot of it and it works well with moisture/hydrating type products. I found this shampoo not too heavy and rinsed out well. In the next few days I did not find that my hair went oily or greasy. It was a little more on the heavier side than I am used to do, but this wasn't an issue for me. I found that it hydrated my curls and there were less frizzy. I also love the packaging as it is easy to use and travel with.

Excellent hydrating shampoo for many hair types!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love!!! I think I'll find myself skipping the pre-shampoo step and going straight for this. It forms a creamy foam, doesn't feel at all stripping but very hydrating and smoothing. My scalp feels calm and clean, I often find the creamier shampoos don't leave my hair feeling as clean but I didn't have this issue with Garnier. Nice and light fruity-floral scent and washes out easily. My curls were only slightly smoother but did stay smooth for more days between washes and took longer to frizz up. Hair was also easier to brush through when damp. Excellent purchase for the price point, and would probably benefit not only waves and curls but straight hair with frizzy dry ends too.

Garnier Fructis Curls Method Shampoo
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked how lightweight and gentle this shampoo was. It lathered beautifully and didn’t leave my hair feeling stripped or dry, which is always a concern with curly hair.
It worked well as part of the full routine, and my curls didn’t feel heavy or weighed down afterwards, which was a big plus. While it’s not the most standout or exciting product in the range, it definitely did its job well and left my curls clean, defined, soft, and ready for styling. I’d happily keep using it.
The full routine includes a lot of steps and products, which might feel like a bit of a commitment, but the results genuinely impressed me overall and made the extra effort feel worthwhile.

Hydrating, cleansing but not strippping
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been loving the Garnier Fructis Curls Method Shampoo—it’s super gentle and doesn’t leave my curls feeling dry or stripped like some other shampoos do. It gives a nice clean without messing with my hair’s natural oils, and it actually adds hydration which is such a win. My curls feel soft and prepped for styling every time I use it. Plus, knowing it’s sulfate-free and packed with good stuff like hyaluronic acid makes me feel even better about using it. It’s been a great addition to my curl routine! I also really like the fresh, clean scent—it makes wash day feel like a treat. This has been one of my favourite products from the new range and will be staying in my routine.

Nice shampoo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shampoo is step two in the Curls Method offering a four step, hydrating hair care routine, specifically crafted for all curl types.
The product is easy to dispense and lathers easily. However, I do find I need to use more shampoo than I normally would. A nice touch of fragrance without being overwhelming or drying. The shampoo is free from sulfate, silicone and alcohol. This means it’s gentle and won’t strip natural oils or cause buildup, making it great for curly or textured hair. It contains shear fatty acids and hyaluronic moisture complex, that help to strengthen your hair from within, preventing moisture loss during shampooing.
Overall, I am happy with this shampoo

Gentle lather shampoo for curl goals
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Don't be alarmed that there are 4 steps to this process, trust me it'll be worth it. The Garnier Fructose Step 2 shampoo from the curls method range requires you to apply onto a wet scalp and roots and then you lather it and rinse. If you love a good lather, you will love this step. My hair felt clean but the product wasn't drying and was very gentle. I am currently going through a hair regrowing journey so I'm treating my scalp with other products, but this didn't irritate my scalp or impact the use of other products. As part of the 4 steps, this shampoo wont dry out your hair and helps get that clean feel if you are confused by step one which has more of a conditioning feel.

Garnier method for curls shampoo
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Garnier shampoo for curly hair gently cleansed my hair and scalp and leaves it feeling refreshingly fresh and clean, and helped to maintain the moisture in the hair without making my hair feel dry, greasy or weighed down. It leaves my hair and curls feeling hydrated, moisturised and defined. As the formula of the shampoo is enriched with Hyaluronic Moisture Complex and Shea Fatty Acids and has no Sulphates, it has helped improve the condition of my hair as my hair was less dry and less frizzy but felt softer, the natural curls in my hair feel smoother, and more hydrated and nourished. My hair also felt stronger, less damaged, and looked more shinier and healthier looking.

Makes my hair smooth and silky
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to trial out a new shampoo for my hair that was nourishing and leaves my hair feeling smoothy and silky. I like the way this product lathered in my hair and it generally felt quite clean. I could immediately notice that my hair was a lot softer just by the way it felt.
I paired this with the pre shampoo and I found that it worked really well for my hair. Even when I was rinsing out my hair I noticed a difference. I enjoy how this product is free from alcohol and sulphates which can be very drying for my hair. When I dried my hair after the shower it looked noticeably shinier and a lot healthier. Will be recommending to family and friends. It also smells really good !!

Excellent shampoo for the Curly people!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Step 2 of the Garnier Fructis Curls Method and honestly, my curls have never looked better. This Garnier Fructis Curls Method Shampoo is powered by 5% hyaluronic acid + Shea fatty acids, giving up to 72 hours hydration in a single wash.
My curls feel much smoother and hold much better as well. My 8 year old daughter is also blessed with beautiful, long curls, which unfortunately do get matted quite easily but this shampoo has really helped in that department.
The frizz is noticeably reduced and it’s free of sulfates, silicones, alcohol & artificial dyes— plus it’s vegan and cruelty‑free 🙌 It's a win win for us and we will definitely continue to buy this product in the future!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried Garnier Fructis Curls Method Shampoo and was pleased with the hydrating formula, my hair felt soft and manageable. It gave my hair a healthy look without weighing my hair down. Plus, the fresh scent makes the washing experience very pleasant. I would recommend this shampoo to anyone with curly hair who needs a boost of hydration. The formula contains valuable ingredients like coconut oil and glycerin, which intensively condition the hair and give it a healthy shine. However, with my long, thick, frizz-prone hair I found that it didn't fully combat frizz or hold the curls well. Love that this product is sulfate, silicone, alcohol, mineral oil and artificial colourants free.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Just another shampoo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got to try the Garnier Fructis Curl Method shampoo as part of a Haircare regimen and alongside the rest of the range.
Among all products of the range, this is probably the least disappointing but isn’t groundbreaking either.
The shampoo smells nice and did not cause any reaction - although I have a very sensitive skin. Did it help get my hair significantly curlier or hydrated. The range claims to boost the hair hydration but to be honest I have better results with my usual products (but yes they are higher end products). I also have very thick/coily hair so people with thinner hair may obtain better results… but claiming that this range is for all curls is definitely pushing it!
No, I do not recommend this product.

Lathered besutifully

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this shampoo after using Step 1 in the Garnier curl range.
I used about half a palm sized amount and it lathered so nice and got really foamy it really felt like my hair was getting a good clean.
It had a nice clean, fresh scent like most Garnier products, and the scent stayed consistent throughout the whole curls range so if you use them all together your hair will really smell nice all day.
I can’t say much for how it made my curls look because I rinsed it out and didn’t scrunch or anything, but it did leave my hair feeling really hydrated and clean, ready for the mask in step 3 of the range.
Yes, I recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picture this, frizzy and dry hair and an oily scalp, then using a moisturising shampoo? Sounds like a nightmare. But boy i was so wrong, i was proven wrong by this Garnier fructis curls method shampoo. My scalp was not oily after but only moisturised with silky and less frizzy hair. Bonus that it smells so good as well. Formula is dense but not too thick. I am not sure if that makes sense but when uou try it, you'll get what I mean. It did not weigh down my hair which is what i like the most! I highly recommend this shampoo to ajy hair tupe specially the wagy and curly gals. I swear you won't regret!

A great shampoo for curls
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shampoo had a lovely scent and texture, and it lathered well without needing a significant amount of product. I found myself using less shampoo than normal when following the 4-step routine, perhaps due to both the pre-shampoo step 1 and the thick foaming lather produced by this shampoo. My curls did not feel dry, they were soft and detangled easily in the shower. My scalp did not appear greasy or oily for the first couple of days after washing, which it often can with more hydrating products. Styling my hair with the full routine was easy, and my curls dried with great shape, volume and shine.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Curly Girl Shampoo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first time using a 4-part curly hair range, and I’m really impressed with this product (Number 2 of 4).
I was curious about the difference between a pre-shampoo and shampoo, as I’ve never used them together before, but this product worked wonderfully after the pre-shampoo. It was easy to apply, and my hair felt soft, clean, and hydrated afterward.
The scent was light and fresh, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I also didn’t need to use a lot of product, which is a bonus!
My daughter tried it as well and loved it, too. This is definitely a product I’d use again!
Yes, I recommend this product.

A beautiful shampoo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm used to only using natural products as a pre cleanser so at first was sceptical of this product but it exceeded my expectations.
It has a nice scent to it which isn't over powering. I used this as part of the 4 step system and was impressed overall with how my hair looked and felt afterwards. As someone with wavy curly hair its hard to find products that don't just weigh it down and make it look oily or dirty.
The system worked very well for me and I would purchase again.
Recommend you try if you have wavy/curly hair.
Also feel as though my hair stayed wash fresh for a little longer than normal.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Garnier fructise curls method shampoo gently cleanses without stripping the natural oils. Its rich and creamy in texture. Packaging is super easy to use with a squeeze tube which prevents wasting product. Its the step two in the curl method range. It holds the water and makes curls or waves naturally hydrated.
It has no silicone no alcohol and its full of good ingredients like hyaluronic moisture complex and shea fatty acids.
I am really happy with this product and will continue using it. Finally a product for curly and wavy hair that works wonderfully without putting too much effort. Now you dont need 100 different products and steps to get your curls or waves or coils right and hydrated
