Pleasantly surprised!

I have long hair, meaning my mid-lengths to ends are very old hair, and in winter particularly, this becomes quite evident. Heaters tend to dry my hair out significantly, and living close to the snowy mountains everywhere has a heater on. So my hair becomes extremely brittle. I have tried similar products with other brands before and they made my hair feel so much worse so I was skeptical with this one. However, I gave it a go and found it actually provided an extra layer of protection and hydration to my hair. My hair is still dry but the mid-lengths to ends don't feel like straw with this product, and they have become less brittle.

what is this

I bought this about 4 months ago it smells sooo amazing and is a pretty great product. but now it has turned into a clear liquid with white spots everywhere and it looks mouldy… i’m just confused, what is happrning?

Lovely smooth hair treat!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a big fan of these kind of instant shine hair drink/ shot products and have tried a couple and loved all of them. This one is no different- you apply it after shampooing your hair and massage it into the lengths of your hair, and then when you rinse it out it leaves your hair feeling silky, shiny and frizz-free. This hair drink is easy to use and has a nice pineapple scent, though it could be a bit stronger, as having gorgeously scented hair is one of the reasons I enjoy this type of product. Overall though I’m a big fan and would recommend as a slightly cheaper alternative to some of the more expensive shine shot/ hair drinks around!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received from #hometesterclub Garnier Ultimate Blends Pineapple Hair drink .I have long hair past my shoulders and its not fine or thick so i needed 2 doses to cover the lengths of my hair.Great nozzle and measurements on the bottle making it easy to control and manage.The smell was pleasant not too strong.Left on a few minutes to try and give a full effect result,however when dry i did not personally see a shine effect like suggested,it just felt very soft.Would try other varieties when they become available to buy to see if they make a better difference.Overall very nice and good idea for Garnier to add to their collection of products.

Product is lovely , smells absolutely delicious however I find the squeezy bottle a faff when I'm in shower without my glasses and measuring correct dose . Product rinses out well but did take slightly longer for me as my hair pretty long . When I blow dried it was then that I saw the great results , hair definitely felt nourished and a day later I can still smell the pineapple. I feel that too much of this product could potentially be wasted in the application so next time I will transfer to a spray bottle. I would probably buy this again eapecially around holiday time .

Smells amazing, didn’t see huge results

I’ve used the hair drink for the last few washes. I can definitely say it’s the most delicious smelling hair product I’ve ever used however, I haven’t seen an increased shine in my hair from using the product. It is easy to apply but I’m not convinced of the results. If you’re looking for something that smells amazing in your hair then this is the product for you. If you’re looking for increased shine, look elsewhere.

Both my sister and I tested this product, unfortunately it didn’t do much for my hair and I forgot to take a photo of my hair, however it felt amazing on my sisters hair. My only negative comment is why does it tingle on the skin, I tried the hyaluronic acid one a little while ago and I know it’s not supposed to go on the scalp etc but I am confused by the uncomfortable tingle. Otherwise worked great for my sister.

Must buy for all hair types!

This product is a must purchase - particularly for dull and dry hair types. Even though I use far less than the recommended amount, my hair has never felt silkier. The application is a breeze because it can be used directly after shampooing, and you don’t need to wait around in the shower after applying it, like you would for a hair mask. The smell is pleasant and lasting too. Cannot fault this product at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first time I used the hair drink I used it as per the instructions - shampoo, ring water out of hair, apply hair drink leaving it for 10 seconds before rinsing. Unfortunately I just didn't feel it conditioned my hair enough - it left it a bit dry and quite tangled. I tried using it a second time, however this time I used my Garnier Ultimate Blends shampoo and conditioner and used the hair drink to give it extra vavavoom and shine, this time we had success. My hair felt lovely and soft with a great shine. The hair drink had a pleasant pineapple smell and combined with my coconut conditioner, it took to back to sipping Pina Coladas on a hot summer day.

Lovely smell that threw me back to childhood of pineapple cubes sweets. Easy to apply to hair, and I could feel it was already making my hair silky, rinsed off, combed through and comb glided with ease, after drying hair was sleek and silky, Next day hair was still easy to comb with no tangles. If I had to give a negative it would be the amount required, I googled it and could only find the explanation of more doses required for longer hair, but how much is a dose ? Other than that, I will be a regular uses of this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved this product, tried it out on my winter drained hair as with the season comes central heating which plays havoc with my hair . I found it brilliant not only did it give it shine it made it feel in such nice soft condition I will definitely be buying it again my hair is fine and straight it didn't make it look heavy it smells lovely too added bonus read the instructions first as it doesn't go on the scalp you put it on the lengths and you don't need much as it has a measure on the side of the bottle so you actually get quiet a few treatments out of one bottle I have long hair so had to use about 2/3 measures per treatment but still found it lasted well .

The smell though.. like being on a beach full of pineapples, not overpowering, just a light but pleasent scent that follows you around all day! I especially love the back of the bottle because it has the number of doses you should use for your hair type but also a dose timetable sort of thing which is amazing, overall another fabulous product from Garnier, thankyou!☺️

Good for frizzy hair!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found this product quite hard to use because it’s literally water. It’s hard to know how much to use and if it’s evenly spread over my hair. However I do like the fact that there is no gloopy conditioner going down my drain! It didn’t work very well on my long highlighted hair but it worked great on my 5 year olds thick course hair leaving it smooth and silky with a bounce. The bottle could do with some slight tweaks maybe a better guide of how much to use and the cap needs to be attached. It’s so tiny I dropped it in the shower and it went straight down the drain. Overall I wouldn’t buy for my hair type but good for course hair. An authentic pineapple scent.

My hair is long and dry, but this lamellar water made it shiny and soft like never before. Trust me I try lots of hair product, but I've never get soft hair like this (expect at the salon). It helped a little bit also against frizz. My hair stayed soft and shine until the next shampoo (for three days). The scent is amazing, it seems a pineapple juice. Gorgeous. If you have very long hair like me you will need to use at least three doses, so I guess 200ml of product won't last too long.

A soft and smooth finish

The product oily which can make it difficult to apply as it doesn't sit in your hands well. I found two capfuls to equal one dose, again, as it is watery, it's not so easy to spread over the ends of hair like a thick conditioner which can be rubbed between palms before applying. However, when I got accustomed to how many shakes of the bottle was needed for one dose, it became easier to distribute over the ends of my hair. This product doesn't foam up and is easily rinsed away. The pineapple fragrance is noticeable but not overpowering.

It was really easy to use, after shampooing I applied the hair drink to my hair - there are different dose depending on your hair length. The does is shown on the back label so you know exactly how much to use which was great. After massaging for 10 seconds I rinsed the hair drink out. The fragrance was pineapple and it was refreshing. Smells amazing and replaces my conditioner

The packaging I thought was really nice and the smell is a 10 / 10 for me; it smelled very strong in the bottle but it was subtle and long lasting after drying, and I didn't need any additional conditioner. I got several compliments about my hair as well! After trying it on myself, I tried it on my sister whose hair is dry and curly. She said that the smell was really good in her opinion, and it was shiny after drying it, though we both felt she might have benefitted from conditioner prior to use. A great product.

It has a very small nozzle, which is useful as it a very thin liquid, so you can't squirt out too much at a time. I found it easier to apply the liquid directly to my scalp and massage it down the hair length. You do need to use more than you might think, but the bottle has guidelines on to show 'one dose'. And after a couple of goes, you can feel that your hair's coated properly.
I found the best results when I blow dried my hair, it was really shiny, soft and had a nice subtle smell.
It would also leave my hair feeling nice when left to dry naturally.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I have just tried this Garnier hair drink that smells incredible by the way, its a liquid formula and to be honest I didn't think it would be as good as my usual type conditioner but I was very wrong, I love how you can apply this with the easy nozzle and then comb and rinse just after 10 seconds and my hair was left so soft and hydrated with less frizz.
I really like this for my fine but thick hair as it doesn't weigh my hair down like some other heavy and thick conditioners I use, i think this hair drink is particularly good if you have oily roots too.

When i undid it and tipped some out at first I thought it was really thin and runny but after putting it on my hair I found it spread all over the hair very easily. I wasnt quite sure how much to put on as I have very short hair so when for 3 squirts of it, one into my hand then the other two I just put straight onto my hair. I left it for about 5 minutes then washed it out. It rinsed very easily and didnt leave a horrible film on the hair. It has left my hair soft and smelling wonderful and I would (depending on price) like to buy it again. I will tell my friends about it as it is so easy to use. atwickwitch

More watery than I thought it would be so I did lose some when applying it, I'd have liked it to be thicker like a cream to help it stay in my hands. Again it smells gorgeous, my bathroom and hair smells lovely after use! Sadly my hair needs a stranger treatment (and a cut) to get rid of the split ends and dryness, so on the first application I wouldn't say this product has worked for me, but it does feel soft after blowdrying and still smells lovely! I'll be smelling it all day!! I'll keep using it though and see how it goes

On first use my hair was super silky and soft so I can't wait to see what the usage of the whole bottle does to my hair. My hair is almost waist long. I have super thick hair so I was a bit dubious at first on how much product it will take on my hair. But I've just used a third of the product to acheieve super soft, gorgeous smelling hair. Smells great for days after wash too. Bottle is just fab and the pointed nozzle is perfect to dispense the right amount of product without any waste. I will definitely be getting some more! Easy to use, shampoo hair and squeeze out excess water then apply this to the lengths, my hair is quite fine so one dose was enough for me, massage it into the hair for just 10 seconds, then rinse, dry in the usual way. It doesn't leave my hair looking shiny like glass but it does make it shine beautifully and takes out all the frizz leaving it so smooth. It smells gorgeous, which isn't surprising as it contains pineapple fruit extract, so if you don't like pineapple, it's not for you, pineapple is my favourite fruit and I love the smell so I definitely recommend it.

The instructions were hard to read and I'm not sure if this product is supposed to be used in every wash or weekly but that aside I like the bottle and the applicator. I didn't know what to expect having never used a miscellar water in my hair but my hair felt good when applied, it was instantly soft and it was good that I only had to leave on for 10 seconds before rinsing, especially as I was short of time. The product has a very strong pineapple smell in the bottle, but after washing it out your hair the scent does not linger. The product brought about no immediate effects as promised on the bottle, but did start to show improvement after a couple of washes. The product also did not make my hair “smoother” and give it a “mirror-like shine”, however did make my hair appear to feel way softer and bouncier! Garnier Pineapple Hair Drink Conditioner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked using this Garnier hair drink liquid conditioner. After shampooing my hair and rinsing the shampoo out, then applying the liquid conditioner to my hair whilst following the guidelines of how much dosage amount to use. It was very different compared to my usual standard thick conditioner as it has a lightweight watery consistency so it was very easy to use and apply to my hair. After I rinsed the conditioner out and drying it, it left my long thick, dull and dry hair feeling so soft, smoother, frizz-free and more manageable to brush through and style. Fab Hair Drink Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is absolutely fab. It has left my hair super sleek and shiny and very soft and smooth. I literally look like I have left the salon after every wash with it. The smell is gorgeous, a nice strong pineapple aroma and the product is so easy to apply. I also like the fact that you only have to apply and massage for 10 seconds, getting instant results in no time. I think the little bottle it comes in looks really cute, the nozzle at the top is the perfect way to apply and it is great that the label sets out measurements that a dose size should be, accordingly to your hair length and texture. A fabulous product that I will keep in my hair routine. Definitely recommend.

Smells divine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was abit dubious about this product as sometimes similar ones can leave my hair greasy, however I’m amazed by this product; it doesn’t do that. It’s smells fantastic and even after styling and when dry the scent remains - if you love anything pineapple this is for you! My hair is naturally fine yet after using this it felt thicker and healthy, my hair is naturally frizzy and it was less so. My hair was much brighter but didn’t look oily; it enhanced my natural colour. I did notice my hair seemed to take abit longer to dry but this isn’t an issue for me. The dosage instructions are clear and it’s straight forward to use and can easily be implemented into your regular routine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh my GOD! I usually have such damaged dry hair. My hair is so dry & frizzy from heat & chemical damage, I have only used this once and my hair already feels so super hydrated, soft and silky. The smell is absolutely phenomenal & the best thing is it has no silicone so my hair is left feeling like proper hair and not like plastic.
I love it. I would recommend to everyone who has damaged hair. I will definitely be buying more. I'm so glad I was lucky enough to have found this my hair literally gulped it up & it really shows. Thank you Garnier this pineapple hair drink is just what the doctor ordered. X

No more hiding my hair under a hat!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is amazing stuff. I am proud to show off my shiny healthy looking hair! Who knew my hair was so thirsty!! So easy to use and the results are miraculous. My hair feels smooth and soft and looks super shiny, glossy, thick and healthy. I usually hide my hair under a hat but no more hiding. My hats are going away and I will definitely be using this going forward and showing off my hair at every opportunity. It is a bit pricey but def worth it. Smells lovely too. I washed my hair yesterday and it feels the same today. I would recommend this to anyone that hair that has lost it’s va va voom! Thirsty hair needs this pineapple drink! I will be regularly quenching my hairs thirst with this

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a bit dubious about testing this product because I wasn't sure if I wanted to smell like a pineapple. Also it is very thin and runny compared to my usual hair conditioners. I leave my long blond coloured hair to dry naturally as opposed to blow drying it because I just tie it up in a ponytail.
I am really impressed at how soft and shiny it made my hair feel but for the first 2 days it was very flyaway. There wasn't really any significant aroma left in my hair, but it did feel clean. I have also noticed that my hair is staying fresh a bit longer than usual so I am helping to save the planet.

A good product from Garnier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bottle for Garnier Ultimate Blends is attractive. It is in line with other Garnier products. It has a delicate colour and aroma which is very nice, as pineapple can be off putting, but this wasn’t at all.
I followed the instructions and put on my hair in the shower. It really is a drink, more watery than a conditioner, but once on, I could feel the difference and it made my hair smell nice and it felt clean on rinsing through.
I can feel and see the difference in my hair now I have blow dried it. It is much smoother and less fly away. I would definitely buy this product if on the shelves.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This works! I have really, really long hair that hasn't been cut in a long time and gets a lot of heat styling...in short, it needs a lot of love. Glowing Lengths Pineapple Hair Drink revives my lengths and ends and takes them from dry and frizzy to sleek and glossy with NO residue. It's honestly amazing. It's so quick and easy to use, just apply, rub for 10 seconds and rinse and you've got gorgeous hair! This also really speeds up drying time. Only one draw back is that I can't see the bottle lasting too long for me because I have super long thick hair but I will certainly be buying it again.

Smells heavenly, made my hair feel silky

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This made my really curly hair look smooth and shiny. I used it as directed, after shampooing and instead of conditioner. It acts like a super luxurious leave in conditioner. The second I opened the bottle the delicate pineapple scent made itself known. It poured out onto my hands easily, and my hair sucked it up very happily. I used a palm full for my very long hair. I then styled as usual, and my hair looked shiny and was full of bounce all day.
I have since used a few drops to tame some frizz, and it worked beautifully.
As a bonus, it is silicone free, so it's safe for my curly hair.

Smoother hair!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn’t sure what to expect when I received this product, but it has been absolutely amazing for my hair. My hair has been quite dry and frizzy recently and I was really struggling to find anything to help it, but this did wonders. My ends felt so much more hydrated and my hair looked smoother (even after air drying). My only problem was that the application process isn’t the easiest - it’s hard to see how many doses you’ve used whilst applying so I had to keep stopping, flipping the bottle the right way up and looking at the dosage lines. Other than this though, I would highly recommend!
