I applied this having never used one before. I found the tissue a little delicate and a bit fragile to apply. There was no blue protective layer as described on the web product description. The mask smelled nice without being over powering. Felt like it was very lightly burning/stinging during application but this was very mild. Product left my skin soft and feeling fresher. A nice pamper that was easy and inexpensive to achieve.

Sorry to say this but I used this once for about a minute on my skin within the minute my face was burning on the forehead and cheeks the masks is very fiddly and delicate breaks easily and made my face very red ...

I've had a terrible reaction to this face mask. I don't have sensitive skin and haven't had any problems with other face masks but this has left my eyes all puffy and red, even though I didn't have it on my eyes. I don't think this should continue to be sold.

Decided to buy this as I’ve had a big week and wanted to feel refreshed after my days off. I put the mask on as per directions then after about 10 min I could feel my face getting hit so I washed it off. After another 5 min my face was burning so I jumped in the shower then took an antihistamine hopefully it calms down soon.

I don't have much faith in face masks. I try them occasionally from high end beauty store & found them all too fiddly, normally falling apart in your hand & sensory wise I can't stand it sliding off my face. THIS product however, very impressive! The mask didn't break while applying, it actually sat on my skin until it was time to remove. The excess product rubbed in nicely, didn't leave sticky residue & my skin actually felt so replenished. I will definitely be purchasing this again to use once a week.

Bad product

I bought this a month ago and the expiry date was 2026. I had the mask on my face for barely 5min and had a very bad itching and removed it immediately. After I washed the face, had swelling all over the face.
