I now have very PURPLE hair…not happy!

I had a very bad feeling about this when I saw the depth of purple the colour was quickly developing so washed it off after just ten minutes but alas…the damage was done and I now have very purple hair. I am hoping it fades quickly or will strip out since it wasn’t on long. I am experienced in DIY blonde hair and using toners but this is the worst result I’ve ever had.

No, I do not recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product by error as i selected another one but was sent the Olia Metallic silver hair dye for blonde hair.I don't have blonde hair,so couldn't used it myself. But i gifted it to my friend and the result on her blonde hair was very beautiful and she was very impressed on how her hair looked afterwards.She liked that this hair dye didn't has the chemical smell like other products would do.She loves the softness, brightness and the colour contrast she has on her very long hair.It was very easy to use at home and would definitely buy again and surely recommend it to anyone.

Lovely colour

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to review this with the fact that one box of hair dye didn't do my hair and I have shoulder length hair Once opened the box the instructions are very clear and easy to follow. Mixing the mixture wasn't messy and there was no bad smell. Applying the mixture was fine although as I said I don't think I got the right colour through my hair because it wasn't enough. There was no bad smell during the applying process which was brill Washing the mixture out when it was time was fine and the conditioner smelt lovely. Once dry though, my roots had turned ginger. That is only negative about this but I understand that every hair colour reacts differently to shade. Overall good product.

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am normally a brunette but decided i needed a revamp. After a lot of bleaching. I finally got to use this hair dye. It could of smelt abit better and it didnt take too well to the bottom half of my hair. But the section closest to my roots it looks amazing. The packing is lovely and its useful that you can stand your product in the box. The instruction are clear and accurate and the products are clear. They could of made the products labelling abit fancier but still the product did its job and i will certainly be using again.

Exactly what I wanted!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been priming my hair to go silver for a while now and this was perfect! I did an allergy test 48hrs before using, behind my ear. My hair was almost white blonde before, I applied with the bottle, massaged in and left it for the alloted time - beautiful silver hair!! My hair also feels in better condition after using the dye than it did before! I was also pleasantly surprised this didn't have an overbearing chemical smell! Overall it was a super easy process! I'm in love with my new hair!

Better result than expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have now dark ash blonde hair after numerous visits to hairdressers for foils etc. Plan is to go lighter to help blend in my grey. I doubted that this colour would make any difference. However, what it did was bought out silvery coloured highlights which look really natural and made my whole colour lighter. Product was easy to use and didn’t make my hair feel like straw after, as some home dyes do. I would recommend this product and believe the affect in lighter blonde hair would be lovely.

Easy to use and great results

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven’t used Olia before and was pleased with the ease of use and the lack of mess. The mixing was well thought out and the product didn’t drip or have an unpleasant odor. The colour rinsed out easily and didn’t leave the shower cubicle messy. The result was good and my hair was silky and well conditioned. Olia lost a star as the colour was slightly more mauve than silver on my hair (which is coloured pale blonde) that said, I liked the colour overall and call this a good experience.

Great colour

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is really good.It gives the hair nice silver colour which is shiny and bold.It is easy to apply and can be done on your own.The result is amazing and the hair is not only coloured but also nourished,soft and manageable.The colour is long lasting and doesn’t fade when washed out.This is not my everyday usual colour as it is too bright for me and my age but for a younger woman would be perfect.I still can use it sometimes or when I need a little bit of change.
