I bought this product after suffering from dry, crunchy hair for months. So happy I tried it out! The smell is beautiful & actaully stays in the hair for days after using it. I washed my hair with shampoo and left the product in for around 10 minutes before washing it out with cold water. My hair is now soft, smooth and smells sweet! highly recommend :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the idea of having a 3 in 1 mask like using it as conditioner, mask or leave-in conditioner to give my dry, frizzy hair some much needed TLC. This product smells GORGEOUS – quite delicious and nearly good enough to eat! The consistency and texture of the mask is just right and easily workable and has a lovely creamy feel to it. I had no adverse reaction to this product, only well conditioned hair that looked and felt soft, silky and moisturised. The pot is quite large so this will last you a long time. It left my long hair silky smooth and tangle free. It takes just few minutes to transform my dry frizzy hair into soft silky manes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has to be the best hair mask I have ever used, as it is both deliciously fruit and extremely conditioning without leaving my frizzy hair greasy or heavy.
It comes in a very big pot so it lasts quite a long time, I wish it lasted forever!
I use it after every hair wash (every 2 days) and twice a week (more if I want to indulge myself) as a hair mask (leave it for 3-5 minutes) and the results are incredible, very soft and bouncy hair like I’ve never seen before. Amla is an incredibly rich berry in vitamin c (promotes hair growth) and is widely used in ayurvedic medicine which is a good way to keep your hair healthy.
I will definitely be buying more!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found the scent quite off putting unfortunately. It was very synthetic and sickly. I used this as per the 3 minute directions and my hair felt smooth but weighed down so I daren't use it as a leave in. There's a possibility that I used too much of the product for my hair type/length.
HOWEVER, my teenaged daughter absolutely adored it and she's incredibly particular and hard to please! She felt it wasn't too heavy on her hair (considerably longer than mine and straighter) and feels it moisturised her hair beautifully. She also loved the fragrance. For this reason I have to recommend it and will be buying it for her in the future!

I was gifted this hair food by garnier and so far I’ve only gotten good results from it and I’m so happy because it does everything it says on the packaging
I washed my hair a few days ago and my hair was very frizzy dry and had heat damage and ive been looking for something to try fix my hair and i remembered that i had to try this product and it instantly made my hair really shiny and healthy. Also my hair was sleeked back which is really difficult considering I have natural 4c hair which takes a lot of maintenance but the hair food made it really easy to do that.
I’ve already recommended this to my friends and family so I’d thought to leave a good review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved the texture and scent before application, though I used it as a leave in conditioner, as the packaging suggests, and was very disappointed. Yes, my hair smelt lovely, but the texture was awful and tacky; sticky to the touch. This made it impossible to style, or even leave as it was. I was forced to rewash my hair to remove the tackiness it left.
I gave it another try and washed it out thirty minutes after leaving it in, and it was a much more positive result than the first I tried.
Overall, I would not recommend or label this as a leave in, but if you wash it out afterwards, you’d be happier with the result.

I received this product form garnier community for reviewing purposes and I am obsessed.
I have been using this mask for a long time and it’s something I always reach for in my hair routine.
First of all it has a beautiful delicious scent - remember not to eat it- it’s a lovely to use as a mask, leave in cream, curling cream and to style my hair.
It works really well on my dry frizzy hair and leaves it manageable and tangle free. Doesn’t weigh your hair down, hair feels soft and smooth and minimises split ends.
The nourishing formula is created with ultra-hydrating Papaya and Alma extracts to replenish vital moisture and nutrients.
I would definitely recommend this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product didn't feel very different to the conditioner initially but by the end of the process I could tell the difference for sure. The smell was the same and the consistency the same thick, creamy conditioner feel. I used the mask as instructed and after rinsing I was convinced the two products were the same, however, when I had dried my hair I could really feel the difference. My dried hair was super soft and really neat - far fewer fly away hairs than usual and very shiny right up to the next wash. A brilliant product that I think I will add to my hair routine in future.

Having used this conditioner on both wet and dry hair I found it to be a useful addition to my hair products. On freshly washed wet hair, used either as a conditioner or a mask or alternatively as a leave in conditioner on wet hai, it left the hair feeling soft and none greasy. When applied to dry hair as a leave in conditioner it had a tendency to leave the hair feeling greasy and slightly sticky. I would therefore recommend this product as either a once a week, after shampoo treatment.

To treat my abused/damaged hair I have tried the Garnier Ultimate Blends Repairing Hair Food Papaya & Amla 3-in-1 Hair Mask for damaged hair. The mask is amazing, it leaves my hair smooth and deeply hydrated!! This mask is also very convenient if you don't have much time in the morning as apart from being used as a mask it can also be used as conditioner, therefore you can treat/hydrate your hair and detangle it at the same time!! Lastly, the "sunny fruity" smell is so good and lasts so long that it keeps a smile in your face for the rest of the day! I highly recommend this mask!!

I used to use this product regularly, as it was pretty much the only thing that could tame my long curly hair. When you changed the formula, it made my hair dry and straw-like, no longer making my hair soft and smooth. Really don't know why you changed it. It was better the way it was. Will no longer be buying this product.

This is a great product for when my hair gets very dry. It’s super easy to use, I just smooth it on after shampooing and leave for a few minutes and rinse. It has he most delicious fragrance and makes my hair smell amazing and after using this my hair is so easy to style and feels really soft and silky and it’s so much shinier. This is a great leave in conditioner for winter as it helps repair damage and hydrates my hair. At $12.00 it’s great value for money and I only need to use it once a week. An added bonus for me is that it also helps control frizz, I have very thick hair so this extra moisture makes my hair so much more manageable. I really like garnier products and I love this papaya hair food. I would recommend it

I massage it through just damp hair, cover with a plastic bag and warm towel then leave for up to 3 hours. It does take a good rinse to remove but leaves my hair smelling lovely. It’s great for getting moisture back in to my hair especially after protein treatments. It leaves my hair soft and shiny but as for repairing split ends I can’t see any benefit although my hair is very damaged from years of bleaching and colouring. I would recommend this hair mask for the moisturising benefits and summery smell alone

It can be used as a regular conditioner or you can leave it on for a few minutes and then rinse or it can be used on dry or wet hair and leave it on. For my naturally curly frizzy hair I find it best applied on wet hair and left in. It smoothes the frizz and there's no need to apply styling products and the fragrance is lovely and fruity so the smell lingers till the next wash. My hair now looks moisturised and healthy and feels lovely and soft!......give it a try!

I always leave my conditioners on for 20 to 30 minutes, so that's how I use this.
It does a pretty good job of detangling my hair (waist length and has always been prone to tangle)
Not my favourite conditioner ever (because my hair is long, and slightly dry, I do find a lot of conditioners aren't quite moisturizing enough) but good for the price, smells nice, and I like the fact it's vegan.

I received the Papaya Hair food for testing. I was so happy to be selected as I love Garnier products. Being a Black person with Afro and kinky hair I was delighted to see this as a tester and without hesitation I applied. Let me say, it smells absolutely divine, just like the fruit. There’s 3 ways you can use this product, I decided to use it as a leave in conditioner. I thought it would be greasy, leaving white build up, heavy and clumpy on my hair, but it wasn’t. It absorbed well leaving my hair light, moisturised and smelling fantastic.

This is a versatile mask which can be used three different ways, depending on how your hair is feeling/looking. I have mainly been using this as a hair mask due to my hair needing some that extra moisture to my dry hair although at least once or twice a week I use it as a leave in mask as it helps restore my hair between washes.
I have been really impressed with this and have noticed a big difference already plus the fragrance is reminds me of beachy holidays.

I’ve used this as a conditioner and a mask, both worked great. My hair has never felt so smooth and what a great shine it gives too. Only need a small amount so the tub will last me ages. I have long, super-fine and rather easily breakable hair, loads of fly-aways, and split ends if I sneeze. This conditioner is light enough to not weight my hair down OR make it look greasy, but conditioning enough to make my hair look amazing EVEN THE NEXT DAY! I will only be using this from now on, no freaking joke. And, I love that it's a triple threat (or triple joy, depending on how you look at it) with the leave in conditioner/masque/conditioner thing, and that it's so dang lite, even my ridiculously frustrating hair enjoyed the treatment.

It smell lovely but it’s very very sweet scented, so if you want something with a gentle scent then the oat milk or aloe Vera garnier would be great. I personally will still use my oat milk range but this is a lovely alternative for when you want something fruity and sweet and that’s exactly what my plan is. It gives you lovely hair so for me it’s well worth it. You don’t have to use crazy amounts either do it lasts a fairly long time, so very good value for money.

I have quite damaged hair from bleach and dye, and this stuff works like a miracle.i have used it as a hair mask, which washed out and left my hair feeling like silk. I have also used a tiny amount of this on damp and dry hair as a leave in conditioner and it keeps my hair feeling silky for a couple of days. It's amazing to protect my hair during this hot humid weather too. I couldn't reccomend it enough, and I will definitely be investing in more and maybe some of the other scents too!

The papaya one is the best for my hair, and the whole collection is also suitable for those following the curly girl method!!! Amazing smell, a lovely thick product that does t feel like it’s weighing my hair down. My hair usually hates coconut, but actually seems to tolerate this! I use it as a deep conditioner as well as a conditioner I put on my curls that are dryer and need more moisture than most.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this in all three of the ways recommended. They recommend that you can use it as a conditioner, hair mask and leave in. I tried as a hair mask first. I left it on for about 5 minutes, it made my hair pretty silky. What I would say is that you need to make sure you are inly using my the ends of your hair and not using at the rooots or it could looka little greasy. I also used as a conditioner which had similar results and left my hair feeling lovely. The smell was also very nice and fruity. Lastly I used as a leave in, but have never done that before. I tried it on dry hair. It felt a little weird to begin with smoothing through my hair but did work nicely to make the condition better. I also love that it comes in a big tub so heres plenty to try out the different uses.

I put this mask on my hair and put a shower cap in then left for about 5-10 minutes. It has an amazing smell to it and was a nice thick consistency which made it easy to apply and didn’t drip. I washed it off afterwards and I first noticed how easy my hair was to comb through and it felt nice and silky after I had dried it. I will definitely be using this regularly now on my hair, good product.

I am so happy that I purchased this. I used to have dandruff and a lot of hair fall. I applied it on dry hair and left it for 4 hours. Dandruff has disappeared and there is 1-4 hair falls a day. It has reduced my hair fall by 85%. I highly recommend this product.

I only need a tiny amount of product and I find the brush just glides through, I discovered the first time using it that it does need to be used sparingly because otherwise the hair becomes firm, but this makes it great value for money. I love the fruity smell, it is clean and fresh but not overpowering, I use it every time I wash my hair and I just love it!

I tried it as a mask, deep conditioner and leave in product. I found using it as a leave in product the most as it really helped with styling, my curls have never looked healthier. The smell is sweet and not overpowering. I felt my hair looked healthier and the shine looked great. It was nice having a deep conditioner that wasn't heavy which meant I had lots of bounce and volume.

As soon as you open the pot the smell is amazing and once rinsed off doesn’t leave your hair smelling strongly which I think is a plus. It worked well to condition my dry, knotty, fine coloured hair and didn’t cause a skin reaction (something I sometimes suffer with with hair mask products). I haven’t yet used it on dry hair, only as a conditioner and hair mask but would definitely recommend based on those uses.

Just from one use my hair is already looking, and feeling, so better healthier, bouncier and stronger. Although you can use it 3 different ways, I chose to use it as a traditional hair mask, and oh my god is it good! The papaya and amla scent is gorgeous, the tub is easy to open even when your hands are wet, as its a tub its perfecr for scooping out the correct amount you need for your hair, and the formula has a great thick consistency so it stays put on your hair instead of running straight off. After drying and styling my hair looked amazing, I had no frizzy dry bits poking out the centre parting, and my fly aways were way reduced, I love this stuff! Plus its 100% vegan, so its literally perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Firstly, this smells absolutely unreal and continues to leave your hair smelling lovely for a few days! It does exactly as it promises, it cleanses my hair and has repaired the dry fly away ends that were left from having a baby. I also have extensions and it keeps them in a lovely condition. I tend to use this once a week, I apply it all over then pop a plastic shower cap on and relax for an hour before rinsing it and following with the shampoo and conditioner from the same range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stuff smells absolutely divine! Not only that, but it totally transformed my dull, dry, damaged, over processed hair after one just one use, leaving it soft, shiny, manageable and feeling hydrated, well nourished and full of movement.
It's also a great time saver as it's a beautifully lightweight leave in conditioner. I also like you can use it as a hair mask which is a lovely pampering treat.

I recently received the Papaya Hair Food Mask and it’s smells absolutely scrumptious, I used it as a mask and left it on for 10-15 minutes and wow my hair smells amazing and feels sooo soft and smooth, it really works for dry damaged hair, and I will definitely be using this once per week, as I colour and perm my hair every few months so my hair can get dry at times, so this mask is extremely beneficial, highly recommended 😍 I cannot wait to try the other flavours now lol xx

I got this through my garniercommunity to test and to be very honest I feel very lucky that I got the opportunity to test a product as good as this.
My hair was feeling a bit dry and flaky since I’d had my braids in for so long but immediately I put in this mask treatment it instantly looked better. It’s creamy texture and organic properties makes your hair feel rejuvenated and moisturized.
It also has a really nice scent so your hair smells really good for A long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 1st thing that made me want to use this was the smell - it's good enough to eat!! But don't, I'm sure it doesn't taste like it smells!! This product is good, my hair is bleached & I usually straighten it several times a week so it can easily be described as damaged. Having used this once, it left my hair silky smooth & feeling healthier. I can't wait to keep using it to see what else it does. I got this on a free trial but will definately buy this when it is released.
