Absolutely worthwhile!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I trialled the Garnier Vitamin C Range including the Cleansing Balm. The product did exactly what it says it does, and removed all types of longwear makeup (which I use a lot of) without any nasty residue. I am not usually a fan of cleansing balms, often finding them very heavy and prone to leaving residue no matter how often you try to remove them. This was NOT the case with this balm which I was really surprised by. It is a great price point makeup cleanser with the added benefits that go with using vitamin c products! I would definitely recommend to use it in combination with the brightening serum, as I really found the results worthwhile!
Yes, I recommend this product.

My new favourite makeup remover!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Garnier Erase It All Makeup Cleansing Balm with Vitamin C has quickly become one of my favourite skincare products. It melts away every trace of makeup effortlessly, even waterproof mascara, without any harsh rubbing. What I love most is how soft and hydrated my skin feels afterward – no dryness or tightness, just a smooth, nourished glow. The balm has a silky texture that transforms into a gentle oil and rinses off cleanly, leaving my skin refreshed and bright. With the added Vitamin C, it not only cleanses but also boosts radiance, making it a joy to use every night. It’s effective, affordable, and feels like a luxury treat for my skin!

Great at getting stubborn makeup off
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Garnier Erase It All Makeup Cleansing Balm with Vitamin C worked great at getting my makeup off. I used this in the shower at the end of the day to get my stubborn eyeliner off. It is creamy and easy to use. Just a little bit goes a long way in covering your face and neck. I don’t feel it was greasy. Creamy is probably a better way to describe it. I did try the mask option by massaging on a quarter size amount after I had used the makeup remover part. I let it sit while I finished my shower before rinsing it off. It worked well. I felt my face was hydrated afterwords. This product is cruelty free and has no sulfates, silicones or fragrances.

A must have!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Garnier SkinActive's Erase It All Makeup Cleansing Balm with Vitamin C promises a thorough cleanse while providing brightening benefits.
The balm has a smooth, buttery texture that melts into an oil upon contact with the skin. It spreads easily and feels luxurious, making the makeup removal process feel like a spa experience. The balm effectively dissolves makeup, including waterproof mascara and long-wear foundation, without requiring harsh rubbing or tugging.
Infused with Vitamin C, the balm not only cleanses but also aims to brighten the skin.
The formula is gentle and did not cause any irritation, making it suitable for sensitive skin.

Makeup Gone, Skin Glowing!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried Garnier Erase It All Makeup Cleansing Balm with Vitamin C, and I really like it. The texture feels buttery when I scoop it out, but as soon as I rub it between my hands, it melts down and glides over my face so easily. It breaks down my makeup even stubborn mascara without me having to scrub, which is a big plus. After rinsing, my skin feels clean but not tight or dry, and I like that it leaves a soft, nourished feel instead. The added Vitamin C is a nice touch because it makes me feel like I’m doing a little extra for brightness while I cleanse. It’s quick, gentle, and actually makes me enjoy taking my makeup off. A Must try!

Great product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not usually a fan of cleansing balms, I prefer to go straight in with a cleanser.
However, I actually love this product!
It applies super easily, as an oily balm. It melts into your skin, and works extremely well for how gentle it feels. Once you add water, it turns into a more milky consistency. After rinsing, it leaves my skin feeling soft and hydrated, without feeling tight or squeaky clean.
I’ve found that it actually removes most of my makeup, which is super handy.
I love that it can be used as a mask as well, it’s very versatile.
Overall I’ve noticed my skin looking brighter and clearer, as well as feeling softer and healthier.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Sensitive on skin and effortlessly removes makeup
11 months ago
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly can’t get enough of this balm, it does exactly what it promises. The texture melts down beautifully, making it easy to massage into the skin and remove even heavy makeup, SPF and daily build-up without tugging. A little goes a long way, so the tub lasts ages and gives great value for money. My skin felt soft, clean and nourished afterwards, never tight or stripped. Even with sensitive skin it was gentle and didn’t cause any reactions. It’s such an effective first step in a skincare routine, and works perfectly alongside other products in the system. Affordable, reliable and a must-have for beginners or anyone wanting a fuss-free cleanse.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Great cleansing balm!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love a good cleansing balm and this ranks highly for those I have used.
I use this in the evenings before I hop in the shower to remove my makeup or skin care from the day.
It easily removes makeup, including waterproof mascara with a little extra effort.
The balm melts down to a nice oily consistency and then emulsifies well with a small amount of water.
It leaves my skin clean and soft and ready for my second cleanse without stripping and drying my skin out.
Like the other products in the range it has a subtle citrus scent which is nice to use at the end of the day.
Would definitely recommend this - great value for the price.

Good cleaning balm
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Garnier Cleansing Balm for a little while now and it’s honestly a really good product. The texture is smooth and buttery, and it melts down quickly as soon as you massage it onto the skin. It breaks down makeup, sunscreen, and the day’s buildup without me having to rub hard, which I love. After rinsing, my skin feels clean and soft but never dry or tight, which can happen with some cleansers. It feels gentle enough for daily use, and I like that it makes my evening routine so easy and fuss-free. Overall, it’s a solid cleansing balm that works just as well as some pricier ones I’ve tried, and I’d definitely keep it in my rotation.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Effective cleansing balm
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this balm as my first step of cleaning (especially when I had a full face of makeup!) becos it really did a good job at getting all my makeup off! With a scoop of this product melted into the skin it did the job well.
I liked how it melted into my skin super fast and easy! Makes cleansing the face nice and easy (hassle free!)
I followed this up with a foam cleaner to make sure I didn’t have any residue left. But if you’re lazy you could probably get away with just using this one balm!
It’s scent free so shouldn’t irritate your skin but it has a subtle citrus scent but I think it’s a natural scent rather than an added smell
Yes, I recommend this product.

Interesting Product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very new to the world of Cleansing Balms and I think I am a convert. I have been using this for a few weeks now and I am really enjoying it.
I have been using this every night as part of my skin care routine and found it fit in really well. It was easy to use and lathered well. My skin felt clean and plump and ready for the next step in my cleansing process.
Not a huge fan of the fragrance but it certainly was in no way offensive and I felt it showed great results using with the other products in the vitamin c garnier range.
I started using this as part of the review crew - but will absolutely repurchase.. It is that good.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Smells awful
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product smells so awful, it honestly puts me off using it. I can't quite place what it smells like, insect repellent maybe?
The volume of product is great. A little goes such a long way, so this tub should last a long time. But it didn't work for me as a stand-alone cleanser. I like how it melts makeup, such as tubing mascara and waterproof eyeliner, making them much easier to remove. However, cleansing with it alone, I noticed there was still a lot of makeup residue coming off on my wash-cloth after continued wiping. I found it hydrating, and it left my skin feeling nice after use, but it didn't leave it anywhere near as clean as I would like it.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Unpleasant scent
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not a huge like for me after trialling this.
I wanted to like this cleansing balm since I liked the other products in the Garnier Vitamin C range but unfortunately this one missed the mark for me.
The scent is very strong and unusual which makes it unpleasant to use.
The texture is a positive. It feels silky and smooth and is easy to disperse across the skin without causing too much friction.
But didn’t find it as effective as other cleansing balms I’ve tried. This one takes more effort, doesn’t quite melt everything away and makes me wanting to go in with another cleanser.
It was interesting to try but I wouldn’t purchase after this tub is finished.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Removes make up well, quite a heavy product
11 months ago
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Garnier Erase It All Makeup Cleansing Balm with Vitamin C and while it removes makeup really well, it wasn’t totally for me. It melts everything away with ease, but the fragrance wasn’t my favourite and the texture felt a bit too heavy for my skin preference. I expected the product to lather more than it did when i added the water, I felt I never got the consistency correct. Since it’s quite solid, I also think it would be more practical if it came with a spatula to scoop out the product. That being said, if you like a richer cleansing balm and don’t mind the scent, this could be a great option for effortlessly taking off a full face of makeup.
No, I do not recommend this product.

It does what it says in the name, Erase it all!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a big fan on cleansing balm so I was excited to try Garnier Erase it all.
The makeup cleansing balm comes in a big 119g yellow tub. The product is balm like so thick and somewhat oily. I can't describe the smell, it's not too strong but I don't like it personally.
I have combination skin, live in QLD so I wear heavy sunscreen everyday. So using a balm is perfect for me.
The balm melts as it goes on the skin and melts all of the sunscreen, makeup and dirt away, you need to massage for a while and use warm water to wash off.
Overall it's really effective in taking off the day without drying, I just wish the smell was nicer
Yes, I recommend this product.

Gentle & Effective Cleanser
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Garnier Erase It All Makeup Cleansing Balm and it’s quickly become a staple in my nighttime routine. The balm melts down easily into an oil texture that removes even stubborn makeup without having to scrub, which I really appreciate. It leaves my skin feeling clean but still soft and nourished, not tight or dry like some other cleansers. I like that it’s gentle enough for everyday use and doesn’t irritate my skin. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it takes a little extra time to rinse off completely, but overall it does exactly what it promises and makes makeup removal so much easier.

Gentle and hydrating cleansing balm
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A cleansing balm is a great first step when you want to remove your makeup. The Garnier makeup cleansing balm helps to melt makeup off in a gentle way while keeping your skin hydrated at the same time. It contains hydrating and brightening ingredients including vitamin c, shea butter and jojoba seed oil. To use the product, I take a bit of the cleansing balm between my fingers and then apply it to my face to help remove the makeup and sunscreen. It even does a good job of removing mascara. Once you add water the cleansing balm starts to emulsify and turns into a milky liquid. After washing it off, my skin feels hydrated and smooth without any greasy residue.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Almost perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried Garnier Erase It All Makeup Cleansing Balm as part of the BeautyCrew trial and was pleased with the results.
I used this product in conjunction with Garnier Vitamin C Brightening Liquid Care and Garnier Vitamin C Brightening Serum.
The product has a lovely fragrance, which is not overbearing and applies easily. It feels great massaging it onto your face and washes off easily. I do recommend double cleansing, as I've noticed that some of my make-up had not washed off completely.
I would purchase this item again, as I feel that it is a good product and it leaves my skin feeling fresh, brighter and overall - better.
Yes, I recommend this product.

FRAGRANCE UNPLEASANT
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Garnier Erase It All Makeup Cleansing Balm with Vitamin C for the past 4 weeks and I have to say that it cleanses the skin extremely well leaving it feeling clean and smooth, especially removing mascara without irritating the eyes. The downfall is the fragrance, it states there is no fragrance but I found the smell of the product to be quite unpleasant. It also stated once applied to add water for a milky lather, unfortunately that did not occur. I wouldn’t recommend this particularly product as I have come across others that work just as well, have a more pleasant aroma and is slightly more cost effective.

So smooth…
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let’s start with the pros: it got all my makeup off and that is a huge win. Also, there isn’t really a scent to it which I appreciate because sometimes that can be a little irritating. The packing is simple, but with a lid to easily open and close the jar as needed. I was trying to follow the instruction and it said to apply a generous amount. That’s exactly what I did, and even when it felt like a little too much. In reality it wasn’t because then I was rubbing a little too much on my face and it took a good moment to get everything off. Once I rinsed all off, my face felt clean and soft and that’s a real good feeling because my face felt super clean and rested.

Lovely simple face balm
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really really enjoyed this product and would repurchase in the future.
I used this product on dry skin prior to showering and rubbed it all over my face. It easily dissolved my makeup, including mascara and with a small amount of warm water it emulsifies to a creamy consistency. My skin after use felt supple and moisturised. I really like this product. it has a pleasant smell and it’s very easy to scoop the product out of the far.
The product comes in a large tub so it’s great value for money.
There are instructions on the tub for using the balm as a face mask - I have not had the chance to do this yet but I feel it would leave the skin feeling very moisturised.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Double cleansing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cleansing balm is literally like cleansing oil but just much easier to use as it comes in a wide mouth container. I can scoop the amount I want, it depends on if I need to use as a make up removal or just as a pulling oil to remove dirt off my face. Its very creamy and also washing first without water is so much better than with water as I dont make a mess to start off with. Then after thoroughly washing my face i add some water to massage my face more. Its like double cleansing at this point. So my face is actually much cleaner now and brighter for sure. Skin is definitely growing! I'm very happy with this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m loving the Garnier Vitamin C Cleansing Balm. I have been using the Garnier Vitamin C Cleaning Balm for just under a month and I am loving the results. It’s gentle yet effective at removing makeup leaving your skin clean, soft and hydrated. The solid balm melts into the skin and dissolves makeup without irritation. It rinses clean leaving your skin silky smooth.
The scent is light and clean. Love that the product is vegan friendly, free from fragrance, sulfates and silicones with the infusion of Vitamin C. My skin looks brighter and feels softer after using this product. It’s a large sized jar so great value.

I absolutely loved this product. The easy application tub, where you can scoop out what you need was a great choice by Garnier. I was cautious about trying this product as I have sensitive skin, ezcema but I am so happy to report that this product did not active any skin reaction, in fact it left my skin glowing, soft and feeling moisturized. I highly recommend this product. I will be purchasing this again. Thank you to the BC for including me in this trial.

My favourite of the range
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall out of the entire garnier vitamin c range i really liked this product best, it’s lightweight, not too oily and still manages to remove makeup without leaving a residue feeling behind.
The main drawback for this product was the smell, it smelt like sweet petroleum jelly which wasn’t very pleasant but the smell doesn’t cling after you wash it off. I also wish that it came some type of scoop or spoon implement, I used one I had from a previous balm but if someone doesn’t have one it wouldn’t be the most hygienic to keep sticking your fingers into the jar to scoop it out and would probably make it go off faster.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Great face care!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Garnier Erase it all makeup cleansing balm from @influenster and @Garnier to test out in exchange for my honest review. This makeup cleansing balm is easy to use and works great. You get a generous amount and massage it onto a dry face and then add some water over it and it creates a nice lather then rinse off and your skin will thank you for it. You get your face cleaned and a nice glow to your skin as well. The product does wash off well and doesn't leave a greasy feel to it . It also does not have any sulfates, silicone or fragrance to it either. Give it a try I don't think you will be upset..

Not for me in any way
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would not and could not use Garnier Erase it all Makeup Cleansing Balm.
This type of product is something i would ever use and struggled to even try it. I have used a liquid cleanser for most of my life and the look, the colour and texture of this is not for me.
I have tried and liked other Garnier products but this is not one of them. Even the colour and texture were incredibly off-putting.
It it is definitely not about the brand as i use a very inexpensive gentle cleanser and micellar water when needed, so I would have been open to use it and like but it just couldn't given the things i have mentioned above.

Melt the day away
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a cleansing balm that literally melts your day away while being extremely gentle on your skin. Being a skin care and not just a make up remover it hydrates and rejuvenates while also effortlessly removing make up. Leave on for 5 - 10 mins and wash with warm water. A first a little of a waxy feel but a little product can be worked into your skin so the container will last quite a while so it is fantastic for the price point. I give 4 stars because the packaging would not be my go to. It feels a little messy and I worry about how easy to use it will be as it gets lower. For the product though you cant fault it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Garnier Erase It All Makeup Cleansing Balm with Vitamin C is an awesome product, especially because I love double cleansing. It left skin feeling hydrated and brighter. It's fragrance-free and gentle on all skin

This didn’t perform 🫤
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Garnier Erase It All Makeup Cleansing Balm with Vitamin C a few times and here’s what I think… I love the brand, and I use multiple products that are tried and true. Unfortunately, this one just did not perform and I will have to pass. It does not remove waterproof mascara, and leaves behind eyeliner residue. It did an ok job at removing my face products such as foundation and concealer, bronzer and blush. But, if I’m going to use a balm, it’s probably only when I need to break out the big guns for a difficult to remove waterproof product. So, if it doesn’t work for that purpose, then it’s useless to me.

My new go to
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product complementary from vox box. I have to say this is one of my favorites of all time. This cleanser is so good. There are really no words for it. I love the packaging and I love the way this makes my skin feel. It goes on like an oil, you add water it becomes a milky consistency that you then rinse off. I give this a 10 out of 10. I will be buying more that is 100% going to happen. Also, this is fantastic for people with sensitive skin and those with an alpha gal allergy, which I have. Finding good cleansers that don’t hurt my skin has been a real struggle, but no more because this is the one.

Make-up remover that moisturises
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was nervous about using the Garnier Erase It All Makeup Cleansing Balm with Vitamin C as I have used make-up removers in the past from other brands that had really dried out my skin although they claimed they were hydrating. So I tried this product and found that it does exactly what it says, it removes makeup while hydrating.
I've now made the switch to using this as part of my daily routine. It's been really good at getting my daily makeup off, however, due to the focus on moisturising, I've found it doesn't remove the heavy-duty stuff as well as some of the other products on the market.
Only real complaint is the smell is a little chemical and could be improved.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Garnier Erase It All

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually use a milky cleanser but now having tried Garnier Erase I was amazed how lovely it feels on my skin, the texture is almost like a creamy gel and it just melts away makeup and it is so good to use after wearing sunscreen as it removes all traces of residue leaving the skin nice and soft and very gentle on sensitive skin , the tub is very generous and using it morning and night I can see it will be lasting ,
I have very sensitive eyes and this cleanser is so gentle and I am happy to say that I have had no irritation at all ,
I will continue to use this cleanser along with the Garnier Vitamin C range .
Yes, I recommend this product.

Clean the day away

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Garnier Erase It All make up cleansing balm is packaged in a bright yellow tub. It's not hygienically sealed but it's easy to see if it's been tampered with. I've previously tried cleansing balms from Korean or higher end brands so it's great to see cleansing balms being produced by more commercial brands.
It's quite a thick balm so you do need to use fingers to scoop some of it on to dry skin. I massaged it into my skin and it easily cleaned off the day's make up including sunscreen. My skin felt clean and fresh. I didn't mind the fragrance. I followed up with using the Garnier Vitamin C Brightening Liquid Care lotion and Vitamin C serum as part of my skincare routine.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Hydrating & Gentle
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oil-based cleansing balm is wonderful for removing face makeup. The balm texture melts into a rich, creamy lather. It feels safe around the eye area, and there is no fragrance to it. Skin is effectively cleansed of makeup, sunscreen, etc. Formula contains Vitamin C for its skin brightening benefit. So, you may be wondering what the benefit of having a balm cleanser is. Well, here's your answer! The oils in cleansing balms are attracted to the oils in your makeup--which allows the balm to gently break down makeup without causing dryness. If you have dry skin you need to try this hydrating, balm cleanser.

Garnier Erase it all makeup cleansing balm

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited to try this makeup remover balm, but after using it for about 2 weeks now, I have a 50-50 feeling about it. It did take my makeup off but I felt like I really struggled to get all of it off. I would usually use it twice to ensure all the makeup was gone but even after using it 3 times I would still see some residual makeup on my towel. However my skin felt really good after the application and I feel my skin is so much healthier now. I love and hate it at the same time. The balm is very smooth and glides very easily in my skin. My skin was very moisturised and smooth after the application.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Nice cleansing balm

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have recently been trialing the Garnier Erase It All Makeup Cleansing Balm with Vitamin C and found it removes makeup very well while being a very easy to use product. The balm melts down quickly, however I did find it a little greasy and definitely needed to use it as a first cleanse followed by a secondary cleanser to ensure all residue was removed. My skin does feel soft afterwards, and I think this works best as the initial step in a double-cleanse routine. I have not used the product as a mask yet, but can see that it would be hydrating however unsure if i am comfortable using an oily product as a mask.
Yes, I recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love love love this cleansing balm, this is my first time using a balm i honestly did not know this was a thing and im so glad i found this! I love that Garnier has skin care. This also has vitamin C. It removes makeup cleanses and brightens your skin. It’s for your face lips and eyes only does this clean your face, but it leaves your face feeling so soft also love the fact that it’s cruelty, free and vegan formula. It’s pretty easy to use you just rub it in your skin and remove the make up this is a 2 in one product for me I absolutely love it and I love the way it makes my face feel the only thing I was is that it came with a spatula other then that this is a A+ product.
