I really liked the pink normal version of this product that’s why I was keen to try this one out. The product itself worked well, it took off makeup perhaps a bit more efficiently than the micellar water alone, however the two problems I had was the fact I need to shake it vigorously to get the oil and water layer to mix every time I change cotton pad, which ends up being a lot more effort than anticipated. The other thing is that it definitely leaves a greasy residue and you need to wash your face with something else after to get rid of that feeling. So if I needed to do that, it really isn’t as convenient as this product advertises itself to be.

This product is worked really well to remove makeup. I found that without much rubbing it removed the toughest products, even waterproof mascara. I absolutely loved the smell of it too. Initially when I noticed it had a fragrance, I got a little worried that it might be too strong. But after using it, it left a light smell behind that I actually enjoyed! It made me love the product more.\n\nI will say it was a tad oily initially, but it is an oil based micellar water, and it sort of disappeared after it dried. I wasn’t left with an oily residue. \nIt does separate quickly though, so you do have to shake it before you apply to your cotton pad each time.\n

I wasn’t too sure about this micellar water to be perfectly honest. For a product that claims not to cause any irritation in the eyes, I found that it stung my eyes if I used it to take my eye make up off. It could just be that my eyes are sensitive but I would stick to using this micellar water only in my face until the bottle is empty. I also found that it would leave an oily residue on my face after taking foundation etc off. This wasn’t a deal breaker for me but I definitely had to wash my face after using this rather than doing just a standard rinse off. Does the job in removing my makeup but probably wouldn’t repurchase due to the fact that it stings my eyes.

This is really efficient at removing eye makeup (even waterproof mascaras) if you soak a cotton pad and press it against your makeup first before trying to wipe it off. It leaves the skin feeling fresh and not greasy at all despite the oil. I've been using this product for removing eye makeup alongside Bioderma for the rest of the face — a great combination that I will continue using! It's an excellent product at this price point. I've given only four stars because the fragrance was overwhelming for a product that doesn't need to be rinsed. So I'd only recommend it if you're not bothered by lingering scents.

I loved Garnier Micellar cleansing water!\nI have sensitive skin so I am always a bit cautious trying new products, but my skin was left, soft, hydrated and clear. \nAlthough it is a product with oil, don't let it deter you by thinking your skin will be left this way, once it dries and absorbs into your skin it doesn't leave it that way! \nMy makeup can be stubborn to remove, so I used as a makeup remover and a cleanser.\nIt took only 2-3 cotton pads to completely remove makeup.\nThe smell is absolutely beautiful! I am loving the Garnier micellar range, but this is definitely recommended for dry, sensitive skin and removing makeup and something I will purchase in the future.\n

Not a fan. When I got this I was so excited because it said that it can be used on the eyes without irritation. Great - I thought, that's exactly what I need it for, since that's where I usually need to remove make up. My mascara isn't even waterproof and it was quite a pain to remove with this micellar water. Plus it really stung my eyes and left an oily residue. Like, I guess it works, since it did get the mascara off eventually, but it's just so much trouble to use that I'd rather not. I tried using it on my face, and it seemed to remove the make up but definitely required washing off with a cleanser.

I have to confess that I was skeptical of this product at first. But, after a few uses I actually really liked it. It definately removed my makeup easily and gently, however with my eye makeup I found it required 2-3 soaked cotton pads. \nAlthough it initially leaves a slightly greasy layer on your skin, this absorbs in well and leaves the skin feeling soft and clean, without clogging the pores or drying out the skin. \nThe only criticism I have is that I personally found the fragrance, while nice, a bit too strong. All in all though, I found this product lived up to its promises. \nI'd recommend it to anyone who has sensitive skin or who wants a gentle yet effective Micellar product. \n

It's not as good as I wanted it to be!\nI was excited to trial this product as I have sensitive skin that can react to harsh cleansers and perfumes. I've used Micellar water before and used it as my only cleansing product (make-up remover and face cleanser in one). I found that if I left this one of the skin it gave me pimples! It left quite an oily residue that I didn't like and made my light moisturizer feel much too oily. \nIf you are using this as a makeup remover it is great and does the job, but I did need to rinse off which I didn't like (and I think not the purpose of the product too).\n
