Best part is the conditioner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never used Nutrisse before as I normally use Olia due to no ammonia. I have really sensitive skin and only certain hair dyes work for me. I tried nutrisse for the first time and I was blown away. It smells amazing and the colour coverage is really good. The colour came out vibrant and also claims to be good for grey hair coverage. The best part is the conditioner, the conditioner that has amazing oils in it is comparable to high end conditioners I normally use. Definitely worth giving a go, so easy to use and gives a healthy finish for your hair like it was salon treated.

Yes, I recommend this product.

The worst product

Absolute rubbish as it goes into lumps within 10 seconds when mixed. No way can it come out of the tube evenly. The first part out is mainly liquid with no colour. Result no colour change. 5 seconds later after mixing nothing comes out. The old formula was perfect. Vegan is rubbish. Very disappointing. I did ring a few months ago and was offered another Garnier product which did exactly the same. I think the 8 week promise of colour is a bit far fetched.

Why change a great dye??

I have used 'Darkest Brown' for years and years and it has always been fantastic. However the move being undertaken to change the product from Creme to Ultra Creme has brought with it a decline in the product quality and compete change of colour. When applied, the colour looks dark green and when washed and dried, the rich dark brown/black has orange tones and any grey coverage also stands out due to the orange colour instead of brown. The only noticeable change in packaging is that it is now 'Ultra' and vegan friendly. It appears moving to a vegan friendly formula and amending the source of some ingredients has had an adverse effect on the overall product. Really disappointing and now unfortunately I will have to look for a new brand

No, I do not recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chop and change between blonde and brown I've always used garnier dyes this one in particular is a stunning colour and really good coverage I would say if you have long or thick hair get two bottles for maximum coverage, smells great for a dye product, left on for the reccomend time and the conditioner it came with made my hair really soft and smooth and got the dye out usually with other dyes I find your washing it out for ages but this one doesn't take much longer than an normal hair wash. Will defienalty use again, great trustee product.

Yes, I recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I swap between darkest, and dark brown depending on my mood. If you leave this on too long it does go black/brown for the first few days before it settles down. When used correctly its a lovely natural dark brown. The dye is the kindest to my hair that I've ever used, keeping it well conditioned rather than making it dry and brittle. The smell isn't too offensive either. It's good at covering my first few greys, and doesn't fade out. Definitely the only hair dye I will use now, and I've tried many!

Yes, I recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s really important to do a patch test. I did one to reassure myself. This would be the first time I am trying out to colour my hair so I was a bit anxious of how it’ll turn out to be. I chose my natural hair colour. It’s easy to follow the instructions and apply on. My hair colour was evenly distributed throughout my hair. It left my hair nice and shiny. This looked like how my normal hair colour looks and and on the plus side covered a few gray hairs that I had.

Yes, I recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This colour is a perfect match for my hair colour. I have black hair, I don’t like using black colour dye as the colour is too black for my hair and makes it look unnatural. This dye gave my hair a rich glossy feel. Easy to apply and use. Lovely fragrance. This gave my grey hairs a good coverage which I’m pleased about. I would buy this colour and brand again. Good amount of conditioner provided in the bottle. Up to about 3 uses depending on hair length.

Yes, I recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am weary about using permanent hair dyes as the leave my hair feeling like straw and then it breaks easily. However the Garnier dye seems to be different, although my hair is slightly dryer then usual it's no where near as bad as when I've coloured my hair previously and my hair has got back to its texture quickly. It seems to have covered my greys, although there are a few strands remaining but that could be due to how I've applied it.

Yes, I recommend this product.
