1. Prepare and mix your colour: Add the contents of the Colourant Cream tube into the Developer Milk Applicator Bottle.
2. Shake well and snap off the tip of the bottle.
3. Apply your colour: Apply mixture to hair lengths and ends, using the tip of the applicator bottle to separate the hair section by section.
4. Massage well.
5. Leave for 25 - 35 minutes if you have resistant grey hair.
6. Rinse and Condition.

Doesn't cover greys nor dye hair!

I bought this last week. I had about 2cm regrowth and usually go this shade but hadn't bought this brand because I avoid Garnier since it first came out and never liked their creams. It was on sale so I tried it...BIG MISTAKE! You claim this covers 100% grey, it doesn't! Not only that it has burned my scalp and covered zero regrowth. The stain did stick to the sides but no regrowth! I have never had an issue with other brands and have had 40 years using box stains. This product also was super thick making it aweful to apply as it doesn't spread well. Very dissapointing and will never buy it again!

The old one is better

The dye before you improved it to a richer colour was a much better shade. Please go back to the old ingredients. Don't fiddle with perfection. I am giving 5 stars to the old one.

Great Colour

I hadn't coloured my hair for at least 12 months before I used this the other day and I'm so pleased I did. It's so quick to prepare and easy to use, I left mine on for 40 minutes,10 minutes longer than recommended but it sometimes took longer to take than was suggested. I am very happy with the colour, my only problem is that, because I have long hair, I should have used two boxes and I only used one, which made it a bit patchy in places, but it doesn't look too bad, and it has covered all my grey hairs. Next time I will buy 2. It has left my hair supersoft and feeling so good. Very happy.

I don’t like your new formula, it’s to thick!

I’ve been using this product for years, but recently it’s changed consistency, so the product is much thicker. I hate the new formula’! I can hardly get it out of the bottle as it’s so thick and I’ve found that due to its thicker consistency that it doesn’t go as far and I ran out of product before I could finish my roots.
