Was a great product but not now

This has been my regular shampoo and conditioner for more than a decade and I have loved it and the body it gives my hair. However, when beginning my newest bottle of shampoo with different new graphics on I noticed that the shampoo itself looked different. I used this shampoo for at least four shampoos and each time my fine hair has ended up oily and flat on the in-between shampoo days. My hair is never oily and so I decided it was the shampoo. I was right, as I used an old bottle of this shampoo that had some left in it and my hair did not go oily. So now I will no longer be able to use this shampoo, which is very disappointing! Now I have to go in search of a new one.

changed formula is no longer a volumising shampoo

been using the Fructis Full and Lucious for years and then they had a massive formula change to the point where it doesnt volumise your hair infact flattens the hair.
Still have an old bottle and have left out lots of extracts i assume to make more money and didnt take a label change to notice the shampoo is not volumising and will feel the difference when you apply to the hair feels like conditioner and is no longer any point buying.
I would sooner have the old formula back and pay more...cant use the new shampoo doesnt work

The "Full & Luscious" damaged my hair badly. I bought this and decided to try it for a couple weeks to see if it made any difference to my hair. After every wash and condition, my hair was so dry, rough, brittle, and impossible to comb out. I threw out the bottles and went back to the Garnier Nutri-Repair shampoo and conditioner I normally use. It took at least a month of washes with my regular Nutri-Repair shampoo and conditioner before I could comb out my hair normally.
Will this leave your hair "Full"? Yes, full of tangles and roughness. Will this leave your hair "Luscious"? Not one bit. Don't waste your money.

I tried the Fructis Full & Luscious Shampoo/Conditioner about a month ago. I used it three times, but each time I used the products my hair would become extremely knotty (Nearly completely unmanageable, took about 10mins of brushing to get it semi manageable), worse than I have ever experienced. Even after I discontinued use, my hair appears to be damaged. My hair knots so easily now and the last 5-6 inches of my hair feels so terrible and dry. I only got my hair cut a month before trying this product, so its very unusual to have knots/dead ends so soon. I do have fine dark brown virgin hair, never have died my hair and rarely use heat on my hair, so very confused how my hair ended up so damaged from using this product. I don't recommend this product, Left me pretty disappointed with it as I now have to get about 6 inches of my hair cut off.

why can't I buy more?

I bought this whilst on holiday in Australia and loved it. I have tried in vain to get some more in the UK but failed. I have long fine blonde hair and it really suited it adding volume and leaving a clean light feeling. I WANT MORE!

I started using this approx 2 weeks ago. I used to use a similar Lorelle product, which I can't get anymore. This is a lot cheaper and seems to be just as good with my fine and sparse hair. Thanks for a great affordable product.

Whyyyy did you change it? My hair now is limp, not full and oily, my hair is usually dry, curly.
