FAQ

Hair colouring: why is the result sometimes different than what is shown on the colouring pack?

Everybody’s hair is different in texture but also in history. This means that what has previously been done to the hair (colouring, perms, etc.) has an influence on the end colour, resulting from an application of hair colouring.

Another factor that can give you the impression that the result on your hair is different to the photo on the colouring pack is the photo in itself. We work in collaboration with the printer to try and provide a visual that is as close as possible to the share, on a natural base.

We recommend testing your Garnier hair colouring product on a strand of hair prior to colouring the entire hair, in order to see what end colour you will obtain.
