You don’t have to spend hours in the kitchen, slaving over an oven to produce a tasty and delicious desert. Sometimes the best masterpieces are whipped up in less than 10 minutes! That’s why I’ve rounded up 3 of my favourite deserts, that have five ingredients or less, and are super easy to make!

Choc Banana Pudding

Ingredients
1. 1 x ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
2. 4 x medium sized very ripe bananas
3. ½ cup cocoa powder, plus more for garnish
4. 1tsp vanilla
5. 1tsp honey

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. Pour pudding into cups or small bowls and sprinkle with additional cocoa powder on top, or even some crushed almonds if you have them in the pantry. Simply chill in the refrigerator for texture and flavour to develop! They’re best after at least 1 hour.

Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:
1. 1 x cup of peanut butter
2. 1 x egg
3. 1tsp vanilla
4. ½ cup oats
5. 1 x banana (mashed)

Mix peanut butter, egg, vanilla and mashed banana together in a bowl, using an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Fold in the oats, and combine well. Once all mixed, roll the mixture into small balls and arrange on a baking tray. Flatten each ball with a fork, making a criss-cross pattern. Bake in a pre-heated conventional oven for 10 minutes, and let cool for 2 minutes before consuming!


Banana Pops

Ingredients:
1. I x ripe banana
2. 4 x wooden paddle pop sticks or wooden skewers
3. 85 grams yogurt or melted dark chocolate
4. ¼ cup chocolate chips or crushed walnuts

Line a cutting board or plate with baking paper. Peel banana, and cut in 4 pieces. Push a paddle pop stick ¾ of the way through the bottom of each piece of banana, and dip each piece in yogurt or melted dark chocolate, twirling it around to cover it evenly. Lay each banana pop down and sprinkle with chocolate chips, crushed walnuts or any topping you desire. Freeze for at least 4 hours!
