As a member of The Circle you will be given the opportunity to enter competitions from time to time via the Website and The Circle newsletter, as well as the opportunity to take advantage of special offers.

You agree to pay L’Oréal, its employees, representatives, and agents any and all costs, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) awarded against any of them or otherwise incurred by any of them in connection with or arising from any such third party claim, suit, action or proceeding attributable to any such third party claim.

Termination
L’Oréal has the right to terminate or suspend operation of the Website or your membership of The Circle, for any or no reason, without notice and without liability.

Changes to the website

Waiver

Governing law and jurisdiction
The Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
